The next few days passed by quickly and today was Monday. They made their way towards Precalculus where Andrea and Jason were waiting in front of the door.

"So is this going to be a habit now?" Elena asked once they were close enough for them to hear.

"Eh? Why not?" shrugged Andrea. "Morning you two," she said and they returned her greeting before they walked into their class where Lucas was sitting at the back of the class at his usual spot.

The seats around him were empty, but a girl was trying to talk to him that he completely ignored. Erilian walked towards him and Elena followed her with Jason and Andrea. When the girl saw Elena she quickly moved out of the way. Lucas's eyes immediately latched onto the eldest of the siblings.

"What's up with your outfit?" Lucas asked when he looked at Erilian.

"Huh? What's wrong with what I'm wearing?" she looked down at her outfit. She wore a yellow off-the-shoulder skater dress, a black buckle belt, a leather jacket that reached just below her chest, and laced booties.

"Nothing, I just didn't think you would wear something like... I don't know, that." he shrugged motioning towards her outfit.

"She doesn't. Why she wore it is beyond me," said Elena before class started.

When lunch arrived they sat outside. Erilian was working on her homework, Elena and Lucas were busy on their phones, while Andrea and Jason were busy bickering as usual. Jason finally had enough and snatched Elena's phone.

"Come on El, talk to me, Rea's a bore," he said waving at the other girl.

" Jason," she warned in such a calm and deadly voice, it made everyone pause to look at her. "Give me my phone back right this second." she glared at him.

"Here, here," he said throwing it back to her while keeping his distance. "I wasn't planning on dying today."

As soon as she caught the phone she went back to whatever she was doing, while the others looked at her with a skeptical look. "It's not one of those days is it?" asked Erilian.

"What days?" asked Lucas.

"Is she sick?" asked Jason.

"Is it her time of the month?" asked Andrea.

"No." Erilian shook her head while keeping her eyes on her sister. "Every two weeks El disappears for a while, then she comes back real late once everyone has gone to sleep. The day before that she gets moody and anxious, and the next day she is either super depressed or grinning the whole day."

"Where does she go?" asked Lucas.

Erilian shrugged. "I don't know."

"What do you mean 'I don't know'?" asked Jason with a raised brow.

"Exactly that," said Erilian. "I once tried following her, no luck. She drives so fast and takes too many turns for anyone to keep up with her, I lost her within four minutes."

"Damn, now I really wanna know where she goes," said Andrea with interest.

"Good luck with that," said Erilian before returning to her original task.

"Well, I need to go." Lucas stood up.

"Where are you going?" asked Jason.

"There's someone I need to pick up at the airport right now."

"But the schools not over yet," said Erilian.

"I know, but it's really important," he said. "I'll see you all tomorrow."
