Chapter 7

Naeun: It's not what you think Taehyung! I was...

I didn't know what to say so I stared at the floor while stepping back from him.

He grips on my waist and pulled me to him.

He held up my chin and force me to stare at his expressionless but beautiful face.

Naeun: You don't believe me, do you..?

His gaze suddenly softened and he released my chin.

Taehyung: Don't try to do that again.

He said it coldly and went upstairs.

Why can't you just believe me once Taehyung...

[Taehyung's POV]

3 am

Taehyung: Naeun!

I jumped up from my sleep because of that nightmare.

I'm scared that Naeun really got in an accident so I ran to her bedroom to check.

At the moment I open her door, I felt my heart dropped.

She's not in there...

Taehyung: Naeun...?

My voice was shaking and my eyes got watery.

I started to search every corner of the house upstairs for her.

Taehyung: Naeun!

Every time I called her name I hoped for a response.

But there's nothing...

How can you make me so helpless Naeun...

A tear escaped my eye while I head downstairs to keep searching.

Taehyung: Naeun! Where are you?!

Naeun: Huh??

I immediately turn my head to the voice.

Naeun was rubbing her right eye while walking towards me.

Naeun: I went to get some-

I pulled her to my chest and hugged her tightly.

My tears were streaming down my cheeks.

Naeun: Taehyung? Why are you crying?

She tried to break the hug but I held her in.

Taehyung: Just let us be like this for 5 minutes...please?

She hesitated a few second and nodded her head.

Taehyung: Thank you...

I hugged her in even tighter, closing the gap between us.

[Naeun's POV]

Why do I feel save and warm in his arms?

I feel comfortable to be with him like this.

I was going to hug him back but I stopped and retracted my arm.

Why should I hug him back?

He's the guy who always bully me whenever he wants.

His hands have touched hundreds of girls and I'm just one of them.

I bet he just wanna play with my feelings and watch me suffer.

But I just can't control my feelings toward him.

I love him...

And I don't know why...
