As promised this day but I broke the 5PM.

"Mace, wake up." Macey's eye opened when she felt Jaxon shaking her shoulder. He's also poking her cheeks kaya medyo nairita siya. She shunned his hand away her face.

"Nandiyan na si Chin?" her voice was groggy.

Grr.

Gusto ko pang matulog.

Jaxon kasi namamagod e.

"She did. Sumunod ka na lang daw." Anito kaya bumangon na siya at humikab. She looked at Jaxon who's staring at her with his face frowning.

"Bakit?" she asked.

Umiling lang ito bago tumayo at hinatak 'din siya. "Kunin mo na mga gamit mo."

She nodded her head and went to her desk. Kinuha niya lang ang phone niya at inilagay ang wallet niya sa drawer bago iyon inilock. She took the keys with her while Jaxon waited for her to finish.Nalagay lang siya saglit ng press powder at liptint bago nginitian ang binata.

"Babalik ka na sa condo?" she asked while they're about to leave the room.

"No." he answered.

"Sa'n ka?" she asked again.

Jaxon opened the door. Ito na mismo ang nag-lock ng opisina niya. "Dito."

"San?" kumunot ang noo niya. "Huwag mong ilock, papunta punta riyan si Chin at sila Russel dahil sa mga reports."

"I'll come with you." Kumunot ang noo nito sa kaniya bago kinuha ang susi para buksan ang office niya.

"Hah?!" her eyes widened with his answer.

"I said I'll come with you."

"Seryoso ka riyan?!" she asked.

He just nodded. Inakbayan siya nito habang unti-unting sumilay ang maliit na ngiti nito sa labi. Since Jaxon know the way, he was the one who dragged her until they reached the Children's ward. Natigilan pa ang mga kasama nila nang makita si Jaxon.

"Uy, Doc Skyler!"

"Jaxon?!" it was Chin.

"Nandito ka pare?!" it was Darcy.

"I want to help." Jaxon informed them.

AND that's what they did until dawn. Jaxon help carrying the boxes containing the things that they're going to give. Kasama rin ito sa mga namimigay sa mga bata. He's good at handling kids as she witness how he carried one of the children crying dahil wala sa boxes ang gusto nitong makuha.

"What is it, hmm?" Jaxon asked the kid with his baby voice.

Ang cute.

Pota.

"I...want Iron Man!" humihikbing sagot ng bata.

"We can buy one, and I'll give it to you tomorrow, how was that sound?" Jaxon wiped the child's face. Namamawis na 'rin ito dahil sa pag-iyak.

She just keep on watching, and her heart melted just watching Jaxon. Ilang beses nang may nangyari sa kanila ni Jaxon at hindi naman sa nagmamadali siya, pero hindi sila gumagamit ng proteksyon kahit minsan pero hindi pa siya nabubuntis. But if ever she will, she knows that Jaxon will be a good father just by looking at him.
