PERRIE POV

We got home yesterday afternoon and I didn't tell Alex about me. Having just got back the atmosphere was so good and I wanted to enjoy it. I should tell him today though, well maybe we'll see.

I leave the bedroom and walk downstairs, where the first thing I see is Alex hunched over the play station. I walk over to him and try to sit on his lap.

'Morning bub' I greet him

'hey babe just... I can't see the screen' Alex replies

I roll my eyes

'I'm going to make some breakfast. It'll be like 30 minutes' I tell him

'kay...uh thanks' He answers, focused on the game and forgetting his manners

I walk around to the kitchen where I see Ellie sitting looking at her phone.

'Hey Ellie' I begin

'Oh hi, you alright?' Ellie questions

'yeah good just gonna make some pancakes' I state

'Ooh yesss' She celebrates

She puts her phone down and comes around the counter to help

When the pancakes are done and all on plates I put my head in to tell Alex

'pancakes are ready babe'

'yeah one minute' He says

'okay but be quick they're already plated' I reply

He doesn't say anything else so I walk back to the kitchen

'Is he coming?' she asks

'Think so'

'Can we start eating? I'm hungry' she questions

'yeahhh' I laugh

When we're half way through I tell him again

'Alex hurry up'

'yep' he shouts back, what does that even mean? Is he coming?

I call him multiple more times and not until Ellie and I are finished does he finally come down. I've only just got back and he'd still rather be on the play station than with me.

'We're done eating now' I say simply and leave the kitchen.

JADE POV

I thought that when I got home I'd stop reliving the moment with Perrie on the bus but we got back yesterday and today it's only been worse. In fact now that I'm alone more of the day, she's all I think about. I'm starting to get concerned, I thought it was nothing before and I kept just brushing it off. Now it' harder to escape.

My whole day has been flooded with ocean blue, her intoxicatingly vivid eyes that won't leave my mind. Her golden hair is weaved into everything I do and I'm unable to untangle myself. Her smile man, need I say more? it's incomparable. I imagine her on stage where she dances with her body full of passion, every time I see it warmth spreads through me. Woah Jade you need to get a grip, this is your best friend.

'Okay, okay just don't let yourself think about her and it'll fade' I tell myself

'Jade? Did you say something?' My roommate Holly asks as she joins me on the couch
