The Rages of a Thousand Firery Tornados: Chris

DARKER VEINS!!!!!

Chris let out a huge gasp when he finally came to and looked around to see he was still where he and Pearl collapsed. He looked around to see Jasmyn injecting Pearl with a syringe that contained a strange orange liquid four times. One small dosage behind each of her ears and a larger dosage just above each of her ankles. As Chris saw this happen he felt behind his own ears and felt tiny band-aids, he then looked at his ankles and saw tiny band-aids there too.

"Jasmyn, What is that?" As soon as he asked that, Pearl let out a huge gasp as she also finally came to. "Great you're both breathing." James said while walking toward Jasmyn, Pearl and Chris. He stood between Chris and Pearl and crouched down. He lifted their arms to check their veins. Chris's veins were blackened up to his elbows and Pearl's veins were blackened up until the middle of her forearms. "Woah how long have you guys been out here breathing this oxygen?!" James asked while looking back and forth from Pearl to Chris. After a long silence Pearl shrugged, "I don't know. We blacked out trying to get back to the ship."

"Ok, let's get you back in the ship." James said.

"Why? We can breathe now so we don't have to go inside."

"I guess not. Jasmyn did you start your timer?" Jasmyn nodded to answer James's question. "Transfer it to them please. You two, once the timer hits zero you're going to be breathing oxygen again." With that James left and walked to the spaceship.

"Did you find some resources for us to use to repair the ship while on your trip?" Jasmyn asked as she sat down. "We haven't found any resources, but we did find a human who said that he'll help us." As Pearl finished her response, Chris stood up. "I'm going inside to scavenge the ship's computer for information."

As Pearl was telling Jasmyn about the encounter with Kevin, Chris was searching the ships computer for the details about the repairs needed and what resources are needed. "You went to look for resources that you don't even know about." Jack came in laughing which scared Chris. "Don't worry, your secret is safe with me." Jack left laughing. "It's not a secret!" Chris yelled, but it was no use Jack had already ran back to his friends.

After a few minutes Chris went to find Pearl who was still sitting with Jasmyn. The mood had changed between them, when he left they were serious and now they were all smiles as if they were back on their home planet, living their normal life.

Chris decided to go sit with the others and not disturb Pearl and Jasmyn. For just a couple of hours everything seemed like it was normal again. It felt like they were back on their home planet. For just a while.... everything just felt..... right.
