No killing game, all characters survive.
Komaeda has not had any surgeries, nor has he started testosterone, but he binds regularly and plans to do those things in the near future.
Hinata and Komaeda are an established relationship. Hinata is aware of Komaeda's identity and is completely supportive.
While the killing games never took place, Komaeda is still fascinated by the concepts of hope and despair and Hinata still shares a body with Kamukura. Komaeda does not have any of his diseases that he has in the game, he just has BPD. (It's the closest disorder to his personality in game and I happen to have it, so there you go.)
All characters from SDR2:GD live in an apartment complex together.
The others are aware of Hinata and Komaeda's relationship. They don't really mind as long as the two are happy.
Monokuma is gone-okuma. (I'll see myself out.)
