GLOSSARY:
Nhemj'as/Nhemj'os: race of women and men with lower limbs of sea creatures, more specifically fish, i.e. fins instead of legs. From the hip upwards they can be mistaken for humans, except for the gills, which close almost completely when they come up to land, allowing them to breathe underwater. They have lived in the kingdom of Aquatia for thousands of years, and are very peaceful and friendly, dedicated to craftsmanship and art. The terms Nhemj'a and Nhemj'o come from their native language, the Oxari, which has died over the years and only remains alive in their songs, stories and legends. It is believed that most of the population has forgotten how to speak it.
Crisálea: A strong, multi-purpose, mouldable material made from marine rocks and algae found in the deepest parts of the ocean. Before the war, it used to be the principal material for exportation of the Kingdom of Aquatia. Now it is generally only used in this kingdom, and foreigners do not know of its existence and do not know how to use it correctly.
Mizela: viscous substance made from algae by the Alchemists' faction. It has the ability to accelerate tissue regeneration, is used mainly in wounded soldiers after and during battle.
