In a quiet town, close to the forest and far from the city, a shops lights flicker on as the bright moon shows its self upon the dark, starry sky.

The displays are filled with sweets as the tables are set, and the coffee is made, inviting customers new and old to enjoy the peace that the shop gives off.

Humans, the people without tails or ears visit for the cakes and atmosphere, talking to the different creatures that stop by and fight with them on occasion due to misunderstandings and sometimes, complete hatred.

The owls with their bright and wide eyes, look out unto the night sky unbothered by the unwanted noise and conversations of the customers below  them, perched with the other species atop the roof.

The others, with their fangs and claws, feathers and beaks, and with their animal and half human blood deep in their veins and spread along the walls, enjoy the quaint, lively, sleepy, deadly, calm, little town where this small shop resides...its midnight here....
