I know what you're thinking. "What a beautiful place." Yes, it looks beautiful. This place...this Alkali Lake but beneath the water...underground lies a sinister place..a lab that experiments on gifted individuals...mutants.
Their screams echo throughout the underground complex that has housed dozens of mutants in the past and as of now only two remain. A man and a woman.
The hallways are empty except for dozens of containment cells that only have a cot hanging from the wall a toilet and sink.
A man sitting in a office watching a security monitor. On the monitor is a woman, 5'8, short curly blonde hair. She's sitting on her cot, screaming. A word....a name. "LOGAN!!!!"
The man, Major William Stryker, a military commando, doctor, and creater of the Weapon X program.
The Weapon X program is Stryker's ultimate weapon project. His goal is to take a mutant and fuse adamantium to their skeleton, erase their memories and make them HIS killing machine.
Stryker has had a mutant in mine for years, James Logan Howlett, a mutant who was for some time his comrade in military missions and operations. Stryker recruited Logan and his brother, Victor Creed a long time ago after finding them in Solitary Confinement.
A man who last he saw walked away from Stryker and his team after a mission in Africa went to far and innocent people were killed for a piece of metor fragment that was also a very strong metal called anamantium.
Logan walked away and never came back. He found love and a decent job.
Years later, Stryker and Agent Zero would find Logan working at a lumberyard.
After Logan's brother, Victor Creed, a mutant with abilities like Logan, kills Kayla Silver-Fox, Logan's girlfriend, Logan goes after him and the two fight... unfortunately, Victor damages Logan's bone claws.
After the fight, Logan finds and confronts Stryker and Stryker offers Logan a deal to get revenge.
The deal, of course, was just a trick to turn Logan into Weapon X...Stryker's plan from the start.
Stryker, Agent Zero, and Logan get on a helicopter and head to Alkali Lake in Alberta, Canada.
3 hours later Logan prepares for the procedure.
Now that Logan has escaped, Stryker must turn his attention to the only other mutant he has that can survive the anamatiun bonding process.
The 5'8 blonde in the containment cell.
Stryker and Agent Zero make their way down the hallways toward the woman's cell but Stryker stops halfway their.
Zero: "What is it, boss?"
Stryker: "I just had a brilliant idea on how to make this next mutant better than Wolverine?"
Zero: "How?"
Stryker: "I'll combine anamatiun and this new metal together for the bonding process...I'll call it...Anabrainium."
Zero: "Anamatiun and Vibrainium mixed together....I like it boss."
Stryker: "Yes, I do too. It's perfect... let's get going."
Stryker and Zero round the corner and make it to the containment cells.
Inside is one of the last mutants that hasn't been experimented on.
They call her Weapon X2, but her name is Melissa.

Stryker: "Well, look who's finally awake."
Melissa: "Why the fuck am I here, Stryker?...You promised to let me see Logan."
Stryker: "And you will...once I get what I need from you, Melissa".
