My teacher told us to introduce ourselves, experiences and philosophy in life, but I answered them a few.
I'm not actually fond of introducing myself in front of many people, because I find it too awkward. And besides, I really don't want others to get to know my private life. But today, I pushed myself to do so, pero tipid lang just a sign of respect at para na rin makahanap ako ng kaibigan sa bagong paaralan na pinasukan ko.
"Okay, class! Our discussion will start next week! So for now, class dismiss". Tss. I knew it, ganyan naman talaga 'pag first week of class. Boring! And I'm sure ganyan din ang susunod na subject.
Hinintay ko munang magsilabasan ang mga tao bago ko napagdesisyonang umalis. It was already 9:AM. At dahil wala naman akong gagawin kasi mamaya pa namang 11:AM ang next subject ko, napagdesisyonan ko munang kumain sabay gala na rin .
I'm in the hallway now. And all I could say is that this university is really good. This university has a light red motif, complete pathways, clean buildings, and it compliments with our uniform. Boy's uniform is a white polo with light red blazer on top of it partnered with navy blue slack. While the girl's uniform is long sleeve blouse and mini skirt with black sock. There are also some mahogonies surround that give cool air and relaxation. And if you are new to here, for sure mawawala ka talaga dahil sa sobrang laki ng University.
Bago palang ako dito, so basically hindi ko pa alam ang pasikot-sikot dito at kung anong klaseng estudyante ang mayroon dito.
"Ate, saan po dito ang cafeteria?", tanong ko sa isa sa mga estudyante dito. She is not snob though, besides she is friendly.
" It is just 7 minutes away from here. Nasa likod lang po ng building na iyon", sagot niya, sabay turo sa malaking building na sa tingin ko aabutan ako ng siyam-siyam bago makarating.
"Wala po ba ditong mas malapit. Like only 3 minutes away? Or 2? Or 1?" tanong ko ulit sa kanya.
"Mayroon pero sarado pa. They open at 10:00 AM.", sabay tingin sa phone niya. "Ah, una na ako, magsstart na kasi 2nd subject ko eh", she smiled at sabay alis.
" Ah sige maraming salamat, po!" pahabol na sambit ko sa kanya.
Halos hingalin ako bago ko narating ang sinasabi niyang building. The building that she was pertaining is the University's Gymnasium pala. It is huge. It looks like the covered court in other schools that I took an entrance in, and its layout is superb and beautiful. Ang pinagkaiba lang ay mas malaki ito ng kunti at mas maraming tambay na estudyante.
Pagkatapos kong bumili ng pagkain sa cafeteria ay agad din akong umalis doon. Hindi ako sanay na kumain sa cafeteria mag-isa, kaya napagdesisyonan kong sa gymnasium nalang kumain since nasa harapan lang naman nito ang cafeteria na binagbilhan ko. I just wanna also do my most favorite thing when I'm alone- that is to speculate people's behaviour and actions.
I was in the middle of judging (joke) while drinking my soda nang may mahagip ang aking mata. I stopped for a while, and was shocked nang mapagtanto kong siya pala iyon. He even darted glance towards me. Kaya hindi ko naiwasang mataranta nang magtagpo ang aming paningin. Omygoodness, siya ba talaga yun? O namamalikmata lang ako? I immediately stood, at sabay labas ng gymnasium.
"Edward!!!"
Pero bago pa ako makalayo, gayun na lamang ang pagkabigla ko nung tawagin niya ako. The way he called my name is music to my ear and will always be. So I turn back at him. And it seemed like I was glued from the position where I'm standing when he starts to approach me.
