Thomas:How Independent you are. He loves how you like to take charge if something isn't right and you dont depend on others to do your work.
Newt: How caring you are. You care for every Glader and if you weren't a runner you would be a medjack.
Minho: How you're tough. You don't let anyone tear you down in the Glade, One time you fell in the Maze you didn't cry...alot..
Gally: He likes how you are careless..You still listen to the rules but think some are stupid.
