Isabelle's POV
He stood there awkwardly for a second. I figured he was waiting for me to speak, so I did. "Hiya. Everything okay?" I asked as I walked closer to him.
He stepped out of the doorframe so I could exit the room and I closed the door behind me. "Everything's cool. We just wanted to thank you for helping untangle kras earlier." He said with a light chuckle.
I smiled at him as we walked towards the others. "No worries. It's my job." He smiled at my response and before I knew it, I was standing in front of Nora, Mitchel and Christian too.
"How was the interview?" I questioned them all. I had figured beforehand that Clinton would have an Australian accent too since his brother did.
I was now waiting to see if Christian was the same.
"It was great. And again, thankyou for having us." He said with a smile.
Yup. Australian accent.
Nora and I nodded at the same time before leading them towards the doors. Just before they left, we introduced ourselves properly and they had told me that they planned on staying with us.
"I need a drink" Nora groaned whilst we walked back to my office. I laughed at her before agreeing.
Everyday was a new interview and everytime an interview ended, me and Nora were able to go home.

My life and my personality at work was much different to my life and personality outside of work. At work I played a sweet 19 year old girl who had the perfect life and was always happy. Outside of work, it was usually the complete opposite.
I was a complete party animal. Since I came to LA for my job, I'd party all the goddamn time. Zoe and Nora were my only friends and always have been.
They didn't see anything wrong with the partying but that's because they were always doing it too. I'm not saying drinking a lot was the worst thing to do but the constant hangovers made me think otherwise. Still, i wasn't planning on stopping anytime soon.
I figured I had also lightened up a little since I stopped living with my parents 24/7.
Although, I didn't need alcohol to have fun.
Back in school, Zoe wasn't the type you'd want to be friends with. Well for everyone else that was. For me, her attitude made me like her even more. She knew how to say no. She knew how to stand up for herself. She knew that letting people walk all over her would make her weak.
In everybody else's eyes, that made her the "mean girl" but in my eyes, it made her the strongest person alive. So anyways, that's zoe. My other bestfriend.
~
Nora and I arrived at Zoe's apartment a few minutes after leaving work. I opened the front door and walked inside. I placed my bag down on the counter as I heard zoe running down the stairs.
"please move that horrible excuse of a bag off my counter." She spoke, stopping in her tracks. Zoe only liked things of high expense and so her and my bag had some issues.
I rolled my eyes and turned to face her. "What did the bag ever do to you?" I questioned.
She pulled a 'duh' face before responding.
"It's ugly and way below budget"
Nora laughed and I gave her a sour stare.
"So," i said, taking my bag off the counter and throwing it at zoe.
She caught it before it hit her.
Impressive.
"What's the plan tonight?" I continued. Nora just shrugged her shoulders and two seconds later, her head was buried in her phone.
No surprise there.
I rolled my eyes at Nora before turning to face Zoe. She was now sitting on the counter top swinging her legs back and forth like a child.
"first of all, tell me about your day" she spoke with a curious tone. I lifted myself onto the counter beside her before speaking.
"We met another band today, actually." I started, "Chase atlantic. Nora already knew of them which is rude because i've never been introduced!"
She raised an eyebrow, telling me to carry on. "They're Australian and-"
"Fine as fuck." Nora interrupted. Zoe laughed at her response before picking up her phone and searching for them on insta.
"Mitchel cave huh?" She spoke and I shook my head.
"What?" She questioned.
"He has a girlfriend." I said and a smirk grew on her face. I already knew what she was about to say.
"So?" We both said at the same time.
This bitch.
"So, that means he's not for you." I laughed at her frown before dragging her off the counter and pulling the both of them down the hallway.
When we reached Zoe's bedroom, i opened the door and headed straight for her wardrobe.
She had the best style and always knew how to put together an outfit.
That was always one of my favourite things about her.
A/N: sorry for the short chapter! Just a quick filler!
