Kakashi x Iruka (DISCONTINUED)

Chapter 6

(A/N) if anybody thinks I forgot about this or somethin, no, I was just focusing on my other fanfic for the time being.

~December 23~ (Iruka POV)

I woke up and went downstairs to make breakfast. Two days left. I reminded myself, Make sure everyone knows what they're doing. So when I was done eating, I took out my phone and made a group chat.

I: Does anybody forget what their job is on Christmas?

S: I'm holding the ladder.

N: im holding mistletoe on top of the ladder!

K: me and akamaru are the ones pushing you and kakashi

I: ok good, you guys remember. Wait, can someone make sure Kakashi is at the party??

N: leave that, to me!!!

Good, they remember. I need to decorate my tree still, so I do that. After I do, I eat lunch and go for a walk. I get back and shower. When I change into my fluffy penguin onesie, I sit on the couch and watch TV. I realize I've been sitting there for an hour. I go make dinner and eat. Christmas break is kind of boring, but I can handle it because the kids love it. I go and grade stuff for a while. Naruto got a B this time... who is possessing him and what did they do with Naruto? Maybe he's studying more? Nah, he never studies. 

~Time Skip to Christmas Day~

(Kakashi POV)

I woke up and immediately yawned when I got up. Damn, I only slept 5 hours. Oh well. I got some food and went back upstairs to read (Bruh... you pervert). After rereading Make-Out Paradise Vol. 1, I reached for volume 2 but heard a knock at the door. I made sure I put my mask on and went to see who it was. I opened the door and Naruto was waiting there. "Why are you here?" I asked him. "For you, obviously." He put on that annoying face again. "You're coming to the Christmas party later."

"Why? A good Christmas celebration for me is rereading all my books." He looked disgusted. "Well, you're coming to the party. Someone asked me to make sure you were there." I rolled my eyes. "Sure..... I totally believe you." I said sarcastically. "I'm serious! He specifically asked me to make sure you were there!" He said obnoxiously. "Who, then?" I answered. "Uh.... I.... I can't tell you." He replied while looking anywhere but me and messing with his fingers. "Oh? Well then, I'm not going." I told him, and started closing the door.

"Damn Naruto..." I murmured while going back to my room. I picked up the second volume. I got to the 10th page. Just then I heard loud barking from outside and more knocking. I sighed and got up. At the door, I opened it to find Kiba and Akamaru. "Hi Kakashi!" He smiled as Akamaru barked and started wagging his tail. "Hi... why are you here again?" I asked. "Oh, Naruto asked me to make sure you come to the party. But I have a date with Kankuro after this, so can you just go and I don't have to be late?" I sighed. "Fine...." I suddenly yawned.

"Thank you! Gotta go.. Akamaru is really excited to see Kankuro again.." He struggled to get Akamaru calm. "See ya." I said and closed the door, seeing Kiba and Akamaru run off excitedly. I mean, I guess I'll go. I thought. 

-Later- (at the party)

(Iruka POV)

Is everybody here? There's Naruto over there with Sasuke.... And that's Kiba, who else would be here with a giant fluffy white dog? Ok. Good? I'm so nervous...so, so nervous... the door opens and I see that unmistakable silver hair that never stays down. Oh god, he's here, he's here, he's here.... I saw him look above everyone's heads and I guess he saw me, because he came over. Why does he have to be so him? I blushed when he got next to me. "Hey." He said. "H-hi.." I replied. He disappeared for a second and I looked around. Then I felt arms around my waist and his chin on top of my head.

I blushed even harder. "W-What are you doing?" I asked. "Can't I hug my dolphin?" He asked. "I-I'm not y-yours..." I corrected. "Whatever." he said teasingly. I looked behind me. "What the heck are they doing?" Kakashi asked, looking where I was. Naruto was sitting on top of the ladder with the mistletoe. Sasuke looked annoyed that he had to hold the ladder but otherwise fine. Kiba and Akamaru were pushing Temari and Shikamaru over there. I facepalmed. "They're messing around." I told him. When the two got them there, Shikamaru blushed a bit. "How troublesome..." he said. "Why the cryba- mmh" Temari's eyes widened as Shikamaru kissed her.

"Aww!" I said. Naruto smiled that annoying smile of his. "Ladies and gentlemen, who's next?" He asked loudly. Multiple people looked over but looked away when they saw what was going on. Kankuro raised his hand. "I will!" He said looking at Kiba. Naruto looked down at Kiba amusingly. "Kiba, your boyfriend wants a turn." Kiba blushed but went over to get Kankuro. They got back and Kankuro kissed Kiba. When Kiba pulled away, Kankuro winked and said, "Let's do more of that later." Naruto stuck his tongue out. "Who's next?" He asked. Kakashi looked down at me. "W-what?" I asked nervously. "Maybe we should be next." He whispered in my ear. I blushed. "W-Why?" I laughed nervously. "Us!" Kakashi said loudly at Naruto.

Naruto looked at me like 'welp, you wanted this' and told Kiba and Akamaru to go get us. Bad news: The smarter one went after me. "H-hey... Kiba.." I said slowly. "Hey Iruka-Sensei." He said. He pushed me over to the ladder surprisingly easily. Kakashi didn't even wait for Akamaru to get to him, he just walked over there. Oh shit, I thought. Naruto smirked annoyingly and Sasuke said, "Now kiss." Kakashi leaned over, pulled his mask down just enough to, and kissed me. It was amazing. I closed my eyes as that's what Kakashi did. I pulled away about 3 seconds in. "O-okay, t-that's enough.." I said shakily. "Didn't you like it?" Kakashi asked, pouting, while pulling up his mask. "I-I d-did, but-" Naruto interrupted, "Can someone else hold this? Sasuke wants us to go next." Kiba raised his hand. "Can I? Can I?" Naruto climbed down the ladder and handed the mistletoe to Kiba. 

Kakashi and I walked off (iNtO tHe SuNsEt. wAiT nO-). We went and sat down. "Hey, Iruka?" He asked. "Uh, y-yeah?" I answered. "Can you be my boyfriend?" He asked, straightforward. I never stopped blushing, but I think I got redder. "R-really?" I asked. "Yeah." He said softly. "O-of course!" I said happily. I hugged him. "Why would I say no?" I said. "Well, uh, I don't know?" He asked, confusing himself. I laughed. I looked over to see: Kiba laughing at the top of the ladder, Kankuro holding the ladder down, and Sasuke kissing Naruto. "Okay, now that's cute." I said. "So are you." He flirted. I rolled my eyes. "Let's go get some food!" He nodded. I made him get a balanced meal. When we were done eating, Naruto came over. "Hey! Whatcha doin'?" He asked. "Eating." I replied. 

"Ok... can you make sure Sasuke doesn't get drunk? I need him to take me home when I'm drunk." He asked. "Haha, sure." I said. He walked off. "Sasuke!" I called. He came over. "Yes?" He asked. "Don't get drunk. Naruto said that it's your job to take drunk him home." I informed him. He rolled his eyes and said, "Sure." Kakashi yawned. 3 minutes later, he yawned again. "Kakashi, how much did you sleep?" I asked worriedly. "5 hours.." he said sleepily. I gasped. "You need to sleep!" I got him up and somehow to my house. "You're staying here tonight so I can make sure you sleep." I commanded. He nodded. "Ok my dolphin..." he said groggily. I got him upstairs to my room. "Change and sleep." I told him. "Ok.." he yawned.

I waited till he was done changing and he climbed into my bed. I got in next to him. I cuddled up to him and about a minute later he was asleep. I felt tired too. I fell asleep in about 5 minutes to the rise and fall of his chest and soft snoring.
