The price range to own a snake is 300-600 and maybe even more in you want a very pretty morph of snake

You will need, a tank,usually 5 feet snakes,like corn snakes and ball pythons will need a 30-50 gallon tank- Bin as an adult. And you need to lower that the shorter the snake,the smaller tank you would need.
Snakes need humidity,and tempature, I recomend getting a heat mat for any snake beacause heat lamp could posibly burn the snake,heat mat are good but you would also need a therostat to regulate the temputure of the mat so It does not get to HOT.
