Ch. 1981: I Can Still Be a Little More Brutal (3)
Snap!
A clear and loud noise reverberated through the martial arts arena.
The group of old members waiting in the arena, such as Zhanye, immediately showed a silent expression.
Immediately afterwards, a hundred teenagers saw Shen Yanxiao with a barbed whip in her hand as
she walked in from the entrance. Her cold little face was full of the word “cruelty”.
All the students shivered for a moment.
Pretty soon, the new members realized the hell Zhanye and others had been experiencing.
Because the progress of the old and new members was dierent, Shen Yanxiao divided them into
two teams to train separately. Zhanye‘s group mainly focused on consolidating their strength while
the new members mainly trained.
Every day after that, Zhanye and the others witnessed the scene of another team hovering between
life and death in the martial arts arena, which reminded them of their own tragic experience when
they had just been assigned to Shen Yanxiao. Whenever you passed by the martial arts arena, you would hear the wailing of wolves coming from
inside.
After practicing for half a month, the new undead teenagers felt that they had been skinned alive. Half a month later, Shen Yanxiao handed over the new members to Zhanye for them to train
together. With the new members and the old ones, the two poles of the Flaming Red Squad
gradually combined together.
These teenagers were brutally trained by Shen Yanxiao’s vicious methods. Their brutal life was even worse than death. But they had no choice but to report to the training ground on time every morning. Because if anyone dared to be late, they would meet their end.
Although Shen Yanxiao’s new recruits complained a lot about their training, because she treated
them all equally, it caused the members of the two teams, who were not originally harmonious, to
gradually merge and have a revolutionary friendship form between them, brothers in hardships. On the twentieth day, Shen Yanxiao found the dean.
After hearing Shen Yanxiao’s intentions, the dean could not help showing a trace of surprise.
“Are you sure you want to do that?” The dean looked at Shen Yanxiao strangely. He had never seen Shen Yanxiao’s training process, but judging from Kehr’s narrative and the point of views of the members of the Flaming Red Squad, this little guy really had ability.
It was just… Wasn’t her idea this time too out of the ordinary?
“I’m sure.” Shen Yanxiao looked steadfastly at the dean.
The dean let out a sigh.
“I heard from Iry that he met you in the Forest of Death. You must know the Forest of Death very well. Even so, for you to take the members of the Flaming Red Squad there to train this time is
really quite bold. It’s not stable there. Can you ensure the safety of these students?” The dean
looked at Yan Di seriously. She found him this time to propose an unheard-of training method, which was to take the one hundred teenagers of the Flaming Red Squad to the Forest of Death.
There were so many undead creatures in the Forest of Death that few of them took the initiative to
step into it. Iry’s team before was a special case.
“I want them to have their own ability to protect themselves. May the dean forgive me for speaking
so frankly, but soldiers without actual combat experience have only one end in the battleeld, which is death. No matter how good their results are on normal days, it doesn’t stand for anything.
In the selection competition, they are going to compete with the elites of other schools. I believe it’s better for them to have real combat than to train inside the school.” Shen Yanxiao responded
solemnly.
The dean pondered for a moment. What Shen Yanxiao said was very reasonable, but he had never
tried such a way before.
“You have to come back one week before the competition.” The dean nally complied.
“I will bring them back on time.” Shen Yanxiao smiled slightly. A cunning light ashed within her eyes.Ch. 1982: Yan Di’s Great Method (1)
With the permission of the dean, Shen Yanxiao immediately released the news to the Flaming Red
Squad.
For the students who had always been in school and were forced to study, being able to go to the outside world to train was a good thing. It was absolutely impossible for them to refuse this opportunity!!! While shouting “Long Live Mentor Yan Di”, they went back to their dormitory hand in hand to pack up their things. The one hundred teenagers only felt joy, without the slightest fear.
They had not noticed at all that the Mentor Yan Di they were shouting “Long Live” at had eyes
shining with a nasty light.
“Master, why take them to the Forest of Death?” After Shen Yanxiao returned to her room, Taotie hurriedly rushed out of her body. Deathre Academy was still better than the wild mountains. How
come Shen Yanxiao suddenly could not gure this out?
“For brainwashing, of course!” Shen Yanxiao clenched her st!
In the next period of time, it was her top priority to reverse the thinking of this group of undead
teenagers.
If they were allowed to stay in Deathre Academy and sit together with other undead all day, the
eect of brainwashing would be greatly diminished. Only by bringing them into the forest far away from the other undead could Shen Yanxiao rebuild
their thoughts.
So… What great? What seless? That was all nonsense!
Shen Yanxiao just wanted to brainwash these naughty brats!
“Brainwashing?” Taotie didn’t understand the word very well. He looked at Shen Yanxiao with his head tilted, wondering if he had eaten so little recently that his brain was not working so well. How could he more and more unable to understand his master’s thinking?
“Taotie, after seeing them these days, do you think Zhanye and others are evil?” Shen Yanxiao did not explain any further and just asked Taotie.
Taotie shook his head. He just thought that those brats were a little silly, but he didn’t think that
they were evil.
“I think the nature of the undead may not be what we think. If possible, I want to try and pull the undead out of the devils’ camp.” Shen Yanxiao slightly smiled. Their current power against the Devil Race was much smaller than it was ten thousand years ago. Human beings and all other races
suered heavy losses in the war between gods and devils before. The top experts of the present
time were much less powerful than the ones of the past. And the God Race they had been
depending on the most had already fallen. If they could pull the undead into their own camp, they
could weaken the power of the Devil Race and strengthen their own ranks at the same time. So why not?
Therefore, Shen Yanxiao decided to brainwash the naughty brats without any sense of shame.
“Taotie, you can transform into a human form, right?” Shen Yanxiao smiled and looked at Taotie.
Taotie, who was holding a huge bun, subconsciously shrunk his neck. Master’s eyes look strange.
“Yes…”
“Then there’s no problem.” Shen Yanxiao raised the corner of her lips into a smile.
……
Early the next morning, the members of the Flaming Red Squad, who were all ready to go, stood at
the gate of Deathre Academy. With so many undead teenagers standing there with the posture of someone travelling far away, they attracted the attention of many students.
“What is the Flaming Red Squad doing? Why are they standing here early in the morning instead of
training?” A curious student looked at them with his head outstretched.
“I heard that Mentor Yan Di applied to the dean to take the Flaming Red Squad outside for training. Looking at the situation, the dean must have agreed, and they are now ready to go.” Answered a well-informed undead student.
“Outside? Where?”
“Forest of Death.”
“…”
A group of curious students swallowed their saliva silently after hearing these three words
