Chapter 34

*Archies POV*

Gemma just stormed off to I don't even know where. I thought to myself "I messed up". I needed to talk to someone about it so I called Betty, Veronica and Jughead.

Betty: Archie are you ok? What's wrong? Why are you calling us so early?
Archie: I messed up , I just lost a friend.
Veronica: Your talking about Gemma. What happened?
Archie: I would prefer to say in person. Can you get to Pops please?
All: On my way.

I went into the diner and waited a few minutes in our usual booth. I heard the doors bell ring and I looked up and it was the three people I was waiting for. Once I saw them I put my face in my hands straight away. They must of saw this because they walked straight up to me.

Jughead: Archie what happened?
Archie: I just got into a stupid argument with Gemma and she just stormed off.
Betty: What was this stupid argument about?

I then explained the argument we had and I knew they would think I am stupid for having an argument about that.

Veronica: Do you know where she stormed off to?
Archie: No and now I am worried but she won't answer any of my calls which is understandable because she hates me now.
Betty: Don't think like that and does anyone know where she can be?
Jughead: I think I do? Excuse me for a second while I make a quick call.

*Jughead's POV*

I went out of the diner front door and took out my phone immediately. I then dialed Toni's number.

Toni: Jug , you ok?
Jughead: Sorry to call so early but where are you?
Toni: White Worm why?
Jughead: Is Gemma there?
Toni: As a matter of fact yes she is do you want her.
Jughead: Give her the phone but don't tell her it is me.
Toni: Ok give me a second.

I waited about a minute until I heard Gemma's voice on the other side of the call.

Gemma: Hello?
Jughead: Gemma are you ok?
Gemma: Archie told you?
Jughead: Ya so please answer my question.
Gemma: Fine I am not ok because I don't need a protector.
Jughead: He was just worried about you.
Gemma: Just Jug I have a lot of bad memories and when Archie said those thinks to me it brought back memories so I snapped but just tell Archie that and that I need a bit of space from him for now because I need to clear my head.
Jughead: And being at the White Worm with the serpents will not help that.
Gemma: It is the place where I feel like I belong the best.
Jughead: What about Fred Andrews.
Gemma: Look I wasn't sure I was going to say this but Fred and Mary were talking and I don't think Mary likes me living there.
Jughead: She doesn't know you and plus it is Archie and Fred's house it hers.
Gemma: But she is Arch's mom.
Jughead: Calling him by his nickname again , that was quick.
Gemma: Do not make me take it back Jug. Bye!
Jughead: Wait G-

Before you finished your sentence Gemma hung up. Great how do I tell Archie.
