CHAPTER 4
Your Name
____________________________________MONDAY MORNING. Maaga akong pumunta sa school for two main reasons. First, I don't want to be late, again. Second reason, I decided to continue my operation--- catching my stalker. That someone couldn't deny it once I caught her in the act. I have done this before. I'm to do it again, trying my luck.
I've been here for about an hour. But to no avail, hindi pa rin siya nagpapakita. Bumuntong-hininga ako. It seemed like I wasted my precious time.
Abort mission. Aalis na sana ako nang biglang...
"HOY!" Bahagya pa akong napatalon dahil sa gulat.
"What the f*ck?" I cursed. I saw the face of the annoying woman. Tawang-tawang pa siya.
"What's wrong with you woman?" untag ko. "I almost got a heart attack," pahabol ko pa.
"What's so funny, huh? Stop laughing. Nakakairita," I said. Kumunot ang noo ko.
After a while, she stopped laughing. Then, she looked at me.
"What's funny?" pag-uulit niya tapos ay tinuro ang mukha ko. "Your face. Nakakatawa kaya. Sayang, hindi kita nakunan ng picture. Your face was priceless. Gulat na gulat ka talaga 'no. Pero, OA ka. Heart attack talaga. Parang wala ka namang sakit sa puso," mahabang paliwanag niya. She burst out lauhing again. Naluluha na ang mata niya.
"You think it's f*cking funny, it isn't," I irritatedly uttered.
"Hey, don't you dare use that f-word on me. So, please. ASH your mouth," pagkasabi nito ay tumawa na naman siya.
Napailing na lang ako. 'She's really crazy.'
"Ano na naman ang nakakatawa, huh?" I asked her.
She sighed. "You're so slow. Didn't you get it? ASH your mouth," she answered. "I'm so witty talaga. Naisip ko 'yon," dagdag na papuri niya sa sarili.
My brows furrowed looking at her, making sense of what she was blabbering.
"You have no sense of humor. Akala ko na-gets mo. Mukha ka pa namang matali---"
"Shut up, will you?!" I commanded bago pa humaba ang litanya niya. 'She's such a motormouthed woman.'
I saw her stilled. Her eyes widened. Maybe, she was shocked by the sudden raise in my voice.
I was very annoyed. Akmang tatalikod na ako. But, I realized something.
Nakita kong papaalis na siya, but I grabbed her left wrist.
"Let go of me, Ash-hole," she said. Nagpupumiglas pa siya. Hinigpitan ko pa ang hawak ko.
"Ouch. You're hurting me," reklamo pa niya.
"Sige. Bibitiwan kita pero mangako kang hindi ka tatakbo at sasagutin mo ang tanong ko."
She heaved a sigh. "Okay. I promise," sabi niya, raising her right hand.
'Good dog. Hindi talaga siya tumakbo'
"So, what now, ASH-hole?" pagtataray niya. Aba, aba!
"What did you just call me?"
"ASH-hole," she said, raising her eyebrow.
"So, kilala mo ako? How did you---"
