Chapter 10

Last night felt like a dream. After our little kiss, Harry dropped me home and we parted ways. It was only a short kiss, but I couldn't stop myself from thinking about it. I had woken up with a text from him, "good morning love, how'd you sleep?", I forgot we must've exchanged numbers. Thinking about his warm lips against mine and body pressed against me make my cheeks warm up. It was just a little kiss, I shouldn't get too excited.. but I was so excited. I started typing a message back to Harry, "I slept.." when I was interrupted by  another message from Harry, "what are your plans for tonight?". I caught myself smiling again, knowing I didn't have anything on. Mum had been working night shifts for the past few weeks, so she didn't even have to know I was going out again. I mean, I think it's best I don't tell anyone about Harry. "It depends, what do you have in mind?", where did this confidence come from?

Looking at my phone, it was 9:24am, definitely the longest I have slept in a while. I decided I should get myself ready for the day ahead as I had a few things to do. Sitting up, my head began spinning which then followed with nausea. A flashback from all the shots last night got me running to the toilet pretty damn quickly. I hopped in the shower in hopes to feel a little bit better.

A few hours had gone by and I hadn't received a message from Harry. I couldn't help but check my phone every few minutes. So, I knew I had to keep myself distracted. I decided to do a load of washing, walk to the grocery store and go for a little walk for some fresh air. I was walking through a park, when I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket, FINALLY.

"I will pick you up at 7". Okay? THAT'S IT? How am I supposed to know what to wear, or what shoes to wear or if I'll need a jacket. Were we going out for dinner or going for a walk? If you hadn't realised yet, I was an over-thinker. I decided to reply, otherwise I knew I would be an anxious mess. "Sounds great. Dressy or casual?" See that way, I don't look too needy but I also won't embarrass myself, smart right? "Casual". Wow he really gets straight to the point. It was only 1:30 now but I decided to head home, who knows how long it'll take me to get ready. 

I had a towel wrapped around me as I had just gotten out of the shower for the second time today. I had been standing infront of my wardrobe for at least 20 minutes. He said casual. Casual to me was jeans and a top, but what if my casual and Harry's casual are too different things. I want to be myself. I settled on tightly fitted jeans with a black - slightly cheeky singlet paired with ankle boots and a belt. I mean classy but casual, surely I couldn't go wrong. I finished curling my brunette hair and started on my makeup, deciding to look fairly natural. I popped on some jewellery and was ready to go. 

I looked at the time. 4:35pm. Seriously. He was picking me up at 7 so I still had a couple of hours. I decided to pour myself a glass of wine and turn on some netflix. I had just started vampire diaries and was already addicted to it. I mean have you seen the Salvatore brothers?

6:20pm. Time flew by. My heart began racing a bit faster at the thought of seeing Harry again after last night. Deep down, I could not wait to spend more time with him. I was only 2 or 3 glasses in and felt the alcohol in my head so I decided to stop. I re-applied some perfume and got my purse ready. I decided to flick through tik tok on my phone to try and pass time. Harry would be here soon.

Hi guys! I am sorry it's been so long - I just finished my uni exams so have a few weeks off now. I promise I will try to post soon. Slower and shorter chapter tonight but I hope you enjoyed it anyway - what do you think is going to happen next? Don't forget to vote and comment on this chapter as this keeps me so motivated.
