9. POWER

I don't know why I am writing an essay on power. (God! I have used the words 'IDK' too many times, it just seems as if I am clueless about everything).

Obviously, it has nothing to do with my 'rate of doing work' because I am a total lazy ass and I have got no power in respect of strength. But, I do possess power in so many aspects I have a weird habit of normalising my adrenaline flow whether high or low, by doing weird things like writing about weirder things!

I don't know, whether it's my power that I can stabilize my level or just my weird habit? It feels absurd sometimes when I think about how quickly I adapt to my present. It is good when it comes to relief yourself from the past pains but, it is bad because it makes you look indifferent and ignorant to the rest of the world! But, do we really care?

The whole World craves for power, to exercise our reign, to never bow before anybody again. But, with great power comes great responsibility! (spiderman reference :) ). We speak of empowering women's we speak of empowering human rights. We go against discrimination, we go against crimes! All to empower our society! Power is indeed a thing to wonder!

But let us leave it apart and think if we get some Supernatural powers like teleportation, telekinesis, super speed super strength! Won't life will be so fun? we'll be a hero but for whom?
Yes! we want to be different, yes! We want to be powerful! But, then how will we be different, if we practice power in the same respect?

Thinking of imaginative powers is very easy but when it comes to real life, we become weak and vulnerable. Even at the times when we have to face our emotions, we go with the flow, crying and laughing as it suits, loosing all control. So, the first race to power rises when we have to develop ourselves in such a way that we grow and overcome our griefs, sorrows, happiness, desires.

It's not about being divine, having such control over feelings that, we don't even feel anything. It's okay to get vulnerable, to feel every emotion afterall, it's meant for a reason! We just have to train ourselves in such a way that no one can control us, it should always be us, who gets the whole power on ourselves!

Reign on like a noble,
be the Lord of your destiny.
Control such power,
that gifts you with charismatic serenity!
