"What we don't see is what affects people the most."
----Todoroki's Pov----
I quickly learned that almost everyone here knew about me and my family. Or at least what my family shows the public.
I also noticed Blasty over there seems to have a history with Midoriya, who I met outside less then an hour ago.
When the two began to fight I noticed a boy with blue hair and glasses was covering his ears with his eyes shut tight. He looked almost scared of the noise alone but no one cared. They were all just watching this go down.
After a minute the door silently swung open and a adult with black hair and tired eyes walked in. He looked at the two, almost glaring but also not caring at the same time.
He scanned the room, like me he seemed to notice the scared boy and looked at him for a bit.
Everyone finally realized his presence and shushed themselves. The boy looked up and met his questioning gaze, but he seemed to just cower more.
"That took 7 whole seconds for you all to quiet down. You will soon learn that time is precious and if you waste it again you should just leave." He paused a minute allowing that to sink in as most people's eyes went down. The boy finally straightened up and waited for him to continue. "I'm Shota Aizawa, your teacher."
Some people sighed while others gave small gasps. This man did not look like a teacher.
He finally sighed and told everyone the class representative was in charge before cuddling up in a yellow sleeping bag I didn't realize he had.
Everyone quietly scanned the room once again for whoever was now in charge.
I let my eyes grow wide as the boy with blue hair stood. He had seemed so shy and scared just a moment before.
"Why don't we introduce ourselves?" He suggested and most people just nodded. "I'm Tenya Iida, class representative."
He sat back down as we began taking turns going to introduce ourself. I could already read most people's expressions. Many of us seemed rather out going and open.
Eventually we were done and we all fell into chatter with someone else.
"Hi, I'm Ochako! Your the number 2 Hero's kid right? Endeavor?" A girl with pink circle cheeks and a brown bob asked me.
"Yes, that's right." I said mentally letting myself sigh. I really don't want to only be known as his kid. I already hate the man, he isn't even here and he ruins everything.
I could hear whisper-yelling in the backround and turned to see the blonde known as Bakugou huff down and put his feet on his desk.
"Bakugou get your feet off the desk!" The blue boy, Iida, scolded when he looked up from his book.
He seemed to be the only one who wasn't socializing.
"Whatever nerd. Did your old school shove a stick up your ass?" He snapped and suprisingly put his feet down, he seemed already pissed by Midoriya's presence alone.
I heard him mumble and saw his mouth moving slightly but I couldn't make out what he said as he went back to reading.
"Hi, I'm Izuku! But everyone calls me Deku!" Midoriya bounced over to me and Uraraka, who was still next to me.
"Wait Deku? As in useless?" She gasped and covered her mouth.
"Yeah.." Izuku sighed and sat at a now empty desk of someone who had moved a moment ago.
"It's cool! Cute even!" She chirped and seemed to try and cheer Midoriya up.
It worked as he smiled brightly.
Another girl with green hair came over and sat in a desk by us.
"Hey Tsu!" Uraraka greeted somehow getting more excited by the minute.
"Hey, Kero." The girl literally croaked.
"This is Tsuyu Asui, she's a frog!" Uraraka introduced her friend for her.
"Hey guys," Midoriya leaned into the square slightly. "You see that boy over there?"
He pointed to Iida. "Yeah?" Tsuyu nodded following our gases and where he was pointing.
"He looks lonely." Uraraka concluded after a second.
"Why don't we invite him over?" I said, I didn't mean to say that out loud but no one seemed to notice my mistake.
"Sounds good." Uraraka bubbled up once again. "Iida! Over here!"
She waved lightly as he looked around for the source of his name. When he saw us he put his book mark in and put his book away.
He walked over to us. He paused and just looked at me for a second. I realized I had been staring and looked away slightly embarrassed. I even felt my face heat up a bit, which isn't normal since I can regulate my own body temperature.
"Do you need something?" He asked Uraraka finally pulling his gaze from me.
"Sit with us!" She almost seemed commanding but not in an intimidating way.
He hesitated before sitting in a chair facing us. He rubbed the palms of his hands together in an almost nervous gesture.
Uraraka and Asui quickly started talking about their favorite heroes and Midoriya began to obsess over All Might.
Iida and I just listened. After a moment he seemed to get more comfortable around us.
At one point he even chimed up proudly. "My brother is Ingenium. He really is an inspiration to me."
He looked out the window, past the people, with starry eyes. He looked so proud and just happy.
"Awee," Uraraka cuued at the scene.
"That's adorable, ribit!" Asui agreed.
"Yeah..." Iida sighed happily, still looking off with a small smile.
The other three began talking but I just watched as Iida looked to be day-dreaming happily.
I felt my face heat up slightly more as he smiled and eventually looked back at the group.
Only after a moment I felt a tap on my shoulder and realised I was staring. I quickly looked down embarrassed but looked up remembering someone was there.
It was a girl with pink skin and short pink hair who's name I believe is Mina, or that's what she wanted us to call her.
"Hey guys!" She greets addressing all of the group. "We are having a meet up tomorrow to go out for lunch and get to know the class. Wanna come?"
"Sounds fun!" Uraraka chirped and turned for the rest of our answers.
"I'm in, Kero." Asui agreed happily.
"Same here!" Midoriya smiled brightly at the three of them.
"Sounds like a fun experience." Iida agreed with a small smile.
"I'll come." I agreed now happy everyone was coming.
This does sound fun. I don't really love big social events but, like everyone else, I wanna get to know my classmates and don't wanna miss out.
