『 Chapter 1 - First Meeting 』

-FLASH BACK-

"Mama? Mama where are you?" The blue hedgehog walked, to find his deiced mother         "Mama! Wake up!"  The blue hedgehogs name was.. Maurice though to hide his identity he changed him name to Sonic. Why did he change his name? His mother was a hypnosis witch, Hypnosis Witches are the most dangerous type of witch but they are allowed to be in a witch school. Though Sonic will never learn his mothers power, his mother has put a horrible curse on his eyes. Why? You see Sonic's eyes were never an emerald green colour, his eyes used to be a diamond blue colour.

His mother put a curse on his eyes since she saw by the way his personality ( reckless and childish ) is, he would get bullied so she wanted to protect him by making a curse that will make someone turn to ice when looked at by him, though when she made the curse something went horribly wrong. Instead of turning into ice the curse made anyone to look into his eyes fall in love. So to seal her mistake she told her son to always wear eye masks.

But what happened to his mother that made her no longer alive? Creatures of immense speed:

The Speed Demons

they found out too late that the witch they killed had a child, you see speed demons hunt the Hypnosis witches except the only ones they spare are mothers. so to take on a punishment they decided to take care of and create a hypnosis speed demon.

"Sometimes things don't work how we want.... The eyes that hypnotize"

-FLASH BACK END-

SONIC P.O.V

I had all my essentials right? It was my first day of high school I can't forget anything! I had My mask ( that only cover his eyes ) , my bag with books 'n stuff , a spare mask , and some sports shoes. perfect!

"Sonic! take your brother tails and yourself to school now!" Mother Yelled

"Okay! Coming!" I yelled back as I ran down the stairs

I sped down the stairs to see my adopted brother tails and father reading a newspaper. Not to say that I'm not adopted as well, but I'm grateful I was even taken in!

"Good morning Sonic!" Tails greeted me
"Good morning!" I said back
"Do you have your stuff?" I asked
"Mhm!" Tails said as he got up and gave me an apple "Mom said the apple if for if we are hungry"
"Okay thanks now come on we don't want to be late!"

Tails P.O.V

Sonic and I made our way to high school, he always wore his mask but i don't know why. Mom and dad never told me. But I'm guessing he needs it if he wont go anywhere without it. Though I am curious, its worth trying to ask!

"Hey Sonic?"
"Yeah buddy?"
"Uh why do you need an eye mask all the time?"
"... I- I don't want to talk about it..."
"Oh.. okay I won't force you if you don't want to tell!"
"Thanks."

Well that didn't work.. Well maybe one day I'll find out! Maybe..

Sonic just looked away from me after he said thanks.. I guess it was a touchy subject?
