Sonic and I made it to school finally, we weren't late thankfully but when we were walking in the hall way to find where the office a lot of people were look at Sonic with actually disgust in their eyes. Was it because of the mask he wears? please don't let that be the reason! I just wish these people aren't those 'You look weird and I hate you' Kind of people..

"Hey bud, you alright? You weren't saying anything" Sonic said snapping me out of my trance

"Oh! uh yeah! Im fine just thinking!" I said

"Okay.. Whatever you say." He said as he looked away

Shadow P.O.V

"Hey look, new kids!" Scourge yelled

" HA! one is A blueberry freak! look at him with a mask!"Infinite said

I looked up to see this sapphire coloured hedgehog wearing a mask. normally those masks are used to shield hypnosis cursed eyes.. but those curses are old. why does this kid have one? eh maybe cus he probably has the back eye curse or something

(Authors note: The black eye curse is something that all witches can do when learnt! except when they curse someone that person has about 24 hours to touch someone who is not a witch to push it onto them. unless you touch a witch you die immediately. most people wear a mask to hide the fact they have the curse since the people who have the curse are looked down upon as bad people who deserved it.)

"The guy probably has the black eye curse" I snorted

"Ha! You're right! EY NEW KID! " Scourge yelled to them

The two tailed fox with a worried expression turned around with the sapphire blue hedgehog wearing a mask.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO GET THE BLACK EYE CURSE HAHA!" Scourge grinned

"Hey! he doesn't have the black eye curse!" The twin tailed fox yelled

"And how do you know that? have you seen this blueberry freak without a mask on?" Knuckles laughed

"n-no but I know he doesn't have it! because he would of told me if he did!" fox boy yelled defending this freak of nature

" I don't have the black eye curse. I have something worse." The freak said plainly and dragged the fox away

"probably like he has 3 black eyes HAH!" infinite yelled

( authors note: also shadow is in a group of 'bad boys' with Infinite, Knuckles, Silver, Scourge and Mephiles.)

----After Sonic and Tails getting their schedules----

Tails P.O.V

Sonic and I only got one class together at least that's better than none.. Those guys were so rude aswell! We were just on out way and they just had to make fun of Sonic! he just has a mask on! ugh I should get too worked up about this. I'll just carry on with my math..

though my mind just went back to what Sonic said.. 'I don't have the black eye curse. I have something worse' what did that mean?! Whats worse than the black eye curse? what like his eyes just hypnotize the bad guys to be in love? pfft no that can't be it! Its just a stupid lil imaginary thing.
