The boy couldn't have been less subtle if he tried. Artyom heard just about all that yelling, and he walked out of the bathroom with just his pants on to try and catch up with the boy. "Hey! HEY!" He yelled down the hallway, to no avail. That skittish kid had just bolted it. Artyom turned to June, visibly frustrated.

"Forgot to lock the damn door. Damn nosy kid whom I barely know, now he's gonna tattle on me to get some points with the Follower teacher. Unless..." He guided June to lean against the corner of the wall and began putting on a shirt. "Someone's gonna come to check. Just be invisible while they do, it'll be okay." He explained.

Sure enough, soon a very angry-looking teacher walked into the apartment. Artyom had already 'hid' the backpack by throwing it out of the window, onto some bushes. He gave the teacher a non-chalant gesture.

"Morning, teacher. What's up?"

Artyom had the whole act ready in his ready, and was prepared to play it cool and maybe get off with detention.

June was shaking, standing in the corner of the room, her back pressed up against the wall and her eyes shut as tight as possible. She tried her best to concentrate and stay invisible but she was still pretty shaken up from the whole thing that just happened. Her appearance flickered for a moment, long enough for the teacher to see, unfortunately. Then it all went to wrong.

Arty couldn't have anticipated how... violent the teacher's reaction was. The middle aged, angry man stomped his way over to her and pulled her up by the collar of her shirt. He pressed her up against the wall, choking her. Her feet were helplessly hanging in the air while June struggled to get out of his grasp.

"So, what do you think you're doing young lady? You know it's stricly forbidden to stay over in a boys room!"

June was kind of taken a back by that, the man seemed to think she was a student here. She tried to smile while holding on to the arm that was choking her.

"And it seems like that kid was right, you don't even attend school here, I've never seen you before." The teacher narrowed his eyes. The smile was whiped off of June's face.

"Please... Let go of me..."

June coughed, having difficultly to even say those words because of the lack of air. The man lowered her to the ground so she could stand and then let go of her throat. June fell down to her knees and started coughing uncontrollably but the teacher grabbed her by her wrist roughly and pulled her up.

"Stand up, you little slut!"

The teacher hissed trough his teeth. Tears sprung up in June's eyes. His grip was strong and it really hurt. Artyom stood up agressively.

"Hey! What the hell are you doing?!"

But before he could act, June did. She was boiling with anger at this point, 'how dare he call her a slut!' She was fed up and bit down hard on the man's hand and after he let go, slammed her knee into his junk.

"Let's go Arty!"

She said while grabbing his hand and running towards the window. She quickly stopped and picked up the other bag full of snacks from under the bed. Without looking, she closed her eyes and jumped out the window.

Her stomach felt as if it had relocated to her throat when she jumped, but miraculously she landed without any problems. Landing next to her, Arty reached into the bushes to find the backpack with canned food. Without even looking, she just started running in what she thought to be the right direction. They had to get out of here. They just had to.

"Alright, let's just head back to-"

And then an alarm started blaring, so loud that it hurt June's ears. Arty grabbed June's arm and resumed running. Soon enough, People who she assumed were security/teachers came running out of the building, some of them holding things that looked like guns. June quickly looked back to the front again to watch where she was going. She wasn't really in the best shape.
