After that night, fate must be playing hard on me for I, out of the blue, met that stranger again at school. I ignored his presence like we never met at all.

Time flew like a blur in the ocean and my boring life resumed to the way it used to be. I was always the early bird going to school simply because I hate the jam-packed hallway everyday.

One early morning, I happened to pass by on the music room when the notes of a familiar song entered my ears. The intro was being played. I abruptly stopped walking and peeked through the door to see who's playing the piano. The room was dimly lit since the lights were turned off. All I could see was the black and white keys with slender fingers pressing on it so I decided to enter as quietly as I can.

The back of a guy appeared on my vision who's solemnly playing the song "Fools" by Troye Sivan. My mind automatically sang along with the melodies of the song.

"I am tired of this place, I hope people change
I need time to replace what I gave away
And my hopes, they are high, I must keep them small
Though I try to resist I still want it all..."

The morning was too early to be this emotional. This song was overflowing with so much melancholia.

I see swimming pools and living rooms and aeroplanes
I see a little house on the hill and children's names
I see quiet nights poured over ice and Tanqueray
But everything is shattering and it's my mistake..."

I wondered why out of all the songs, he chose this one. I didn't imagine that he could play a piano this very well.

"Only fools fall for you, only fools
Only fools do what I do, only fools fall
Only fools fall for you, only fools
Only fools do what I do, only fools fall..."

I was too drowned with the song mixed with my unfathomable thoughts when it was too late for me to realize that he already pressed the last note and he was now staring at me with that playful grin again.

It was Klauss.

I hastily made my way out with hands on my chest, feeling the loud hammering of my heart. I paused for a moment beside the door to keep my composure when his presence gave me a tiny bit of shock.

"Look who's here," his face now brightened up which was the total opposite of what he had awhile ago when he was playing the piano. He wore that cute smile again, "Are you following me? So, you're a stalker now?"

"N-no, I'm not," I was about to walk when he blocked my way.

"If not, then, are you my fan? Just admit it. I can play any musical instrument better than Apollo," I can now confirm that this guy's head was so full of different types of gaseous substance. I pushed him aside so that I could walk past him but he was quick enough to grab my wrist.

"Where are you going again? Are you some kind of a Walkout Queen, or what? You always do that whenever I have something to say to you."

"Well, I don't have anything to say to you," I put a huge emphasis to the word 'don't' so that he won't bother me again.

"It's fine. Just come with me. I'll show you something," he then pulled me back inside the music room and made me sit beside him in front of the piano.

"Let me teach you some basics. The so-fa names are so-fa syllables written as do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, then back to the Do again," he said those words while playing the keys, "to make it easier for you to memorize, just use the pitch names or the letter names derived from the first seven letters of the English Alphabet, C, D, E, F, G, A, B. Now, try it!" He said with so much excitement that he probably did not notice the awkwardness that I felt when he suddenly grabbed my hand and placed it on top of the keys.

"You know what's my favorite note?" he asked me.

"What is it?"

"This," he then pressed that key. Of course I know that one. I do know how to play a piano, I was just acting dumb and I don't know why, "It's the famous G-note of the song Welcome to the Black Parade by MCR. Killjoys, I mean their fans, are getting crazy whenever they hear this note. That's how powerful a single note is."

"MCR?"

"My Chemical Romance. Their songs are the best. You should try listening to it too." I nodded feeling more awkward because he was still holding my hand. I jerked off my hand away and cleared my throat, "O-oh, sorry. I did not notice."

He had that shy look as he scratched the back of his head. I heaved out a deep sigh then placed my hands on the piano then started playing it. I heard him gasp.

"W-wait... You know how to play this? Why didn't you tell me?"

"You never asked," I continued playing. He then joined me with him playing the lower octave while I'm taking the higher octave.

"Whoa, I like this song. Is this for me?"

"Dream on," I hissed.

When we were approaching the outro, I was a bit surprised when he suddenly sang the last part while looking straight into my eyes.

"Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you~"
