YOU. ARE. LOVED. You might not see it now but you are. Family loves you, friends loves you, classmates love you, cowokers loves you. Everyone you interact with in your life loves you! You are thought about by family, friends, online friends and even strangers who've you might've interacted with in the past. So dont think for a second your alone in this world k? And another thing, BE. YOU. Don't let anyone else tear you down, you hear me? If you have depression, kick that mofo in the face! If you have anxiety, tell that bish to fuck off! If you have anything that'll remotely ruin your way of living or cloud your path to success, fucking kick that mother trucker to the curve and keep it pushin! Life is too short to be worrying what others opinions are on you, by others attitude, by others thoughts that isn't your own. Fuck them negative nancies! They aren't revalent for your space. Also YOU. ARE. IMPORTANT. if anyone else in your life think otherwise? Then I suggest you cut all ties with that person or more if there's multiples. Cause really that's just fucked up if people around you think you aren't.and if that's your own thoughts saying you aren't enough? Then bish don't listen to your negative thoughts! They'll get you no where. They're only there to ruin your life and we don't want that now do we? Nah I ain't think so. It can get overwhelming at times but please please please! Trust me when I say it'll get better. I know it sounds cliche and people say it all the time but really it does. Trust me I've been there wayyy to much. But seriously Baby girl (or boy) (or non binary folks) Stay true to yourself please? don't be fake. Fake gets you no where in life, don't fake your personality to fit in, don't fake the way you feel bout something to seem cool to others, don't fake anything about yourself. BE. YOU! And I know, I know. This world is fucked up and has a lot of fucked up people in it but don't let that discourage you ok? Just cause there's bad folks out there doesnt mean let they're negative vibes radiate onto you. Only positive vibes bro! Lol if your having a bad day, you better put on a smile and say to yourself "it'll be fine. Tomorrow will be a new, refreshing day. I can make it" and if by some mystical thing it doesn't, call someone to get your mind all clear, talk to a friend, talk to family members, hell talk to me! Do anything to stray away from the messed up day you've had. And if you just wanna get things off your chest but you feel like you could be a burden? Bish just say it, say it with ya chest! As I like to tell folks lol. As the saying goes "Closed mouths doesn't get fed" which means to me if you wanna say something that's bothering you, mentally and emotionally. Don't keep it in. Talk it out with someone that'll listen. If no one listen then keep searching for someone who will damn it! Keep searching till you find that said person and talk they're mother fucking ear off! I don't care if it's "not how you roll" and I don't care if "they'll probably get annoyed" if it's something you wanna speak about, speak it loud and clear so they can understand what's been on your mind! Now if that doesn't work then to hell with them, keep searching ya know? Don't keep things to yourself cause you don't wanna bother others. YOU and YOUR mental/physical state comes first.
