Heavy makeup

Something that really boggles my mind is the reason why so many girls (mostly in arab countries) are so obessed with makeup. The other day I was on youtube and I decided to actually watch this makeup tutorial that i've been recommended to watch 100 times ( i see what your trying to tell me youtube and IT AINT NICE) and when I see this video the girl literally unleashed a whole store. Like damn girl you are you trying to change ur identity or something?

In my country, we have different venus for men and women during weddings and i think I know the TRUE reason behind it. It's probably so that the men don't have to see their nightmares come true. Honey your going to a wedding not a joker cosplay. SERIOUSLY! Weddings in my country are like prom in america. The girl gets ready in a month advance she has to get her new supply of makeup her new dress and matching shoes and stuff. I get the whole dress thing but I know girls who would book a makeup person or guru or whatever they are called for this event! The saddest part is they trust this person to make them look like beyonce but they end up looking like the picture I attached at the side. I can understand why kids aren't allowed to go to weddings, SO THEY ARENT SCARRED FOR LIFE!

I know that you want to look or feel pretty but why u gotta bring me nightmares! I can't say i never wore makeup or that I look like a queen in them but i dont look like i fell on flour on my way to the wedding either. I simply use fondation to cover my ugliness and some lip gloss and SOMETIMES mascara and this is only for weddings AFTER i get the death stare from mom.

I sort of get why girls would put on makeup for weddings, meetings and other events but why school? Why bring the nightmare to a place that already gives me nightmares. To be honest some girls do look good but yet some look like the clown from IT.  WHY DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THAT! When I was still in my country I used to go to a private school cuz my arabic sucked so bad and i couldnt understand a word, and we all know that private schools arent as strict as public schools cuz they just want the money -well at least in my country., and this girl would literally come with the entire MAC store on her face, to the point when the school banned makeup and made her remove it no one recognized her and thought she was new.

In my opinion and im sorry if i offend anyone, a muslim girl or a hijabi to be more specific shouldnt really put that much makeup or any makeup and go out in public. I know I might sound like im narrow minded but think about it, you wore the hijab so u wouldnt have men stare at you so why put on makeup to make them look at you more? If you wear it for good intentions and not for gaining mens attention then thats good for you but im talking about the girls that do it FOR MEN TO NOTICE THEM. I know many girls that only put on makeup to feel pretty or to boost their confidence and thats usually the girls that dont scare me when they do have makeup on, but i also know girls that do it to get the dude's attention but what they dont know is that they are probably giving them a heart attack. Damn..
