Description: Kelgar is definitely a team player. As The Explorer, it is his job to map out new routes, new targets, and new places to hide the Red Fleet. He works closely with all of the other Shipmasters, and has earned all of their respect and admiration save for The Digger. He's a fairly average guy, at least as far as pirates go, but some of his crew report seeing very strange things from him. They say he participates in strange rituals, although he will deny these claims. And most people say they feel a thick fogginess or heaviness in their minds when in close proximity to him. Almost as if he is masking something. This cannot be described, and most people simply ignore it, but even the Shipmasters claim his charm is almost forced... but is just genuine enough that they find him agreeable and sometimes downright pleasant. Regardless, the issue is pressing enough that even the Crimson King is keeping a very close eye on him.
