The world just seemed so dull. Nothing caught your attention anymore. You never really cared about meeting your soulmate. Mainly for you never knew when the time came. Alot of people meet there soulmate when they enter high school, some don't. You are a first year at Karasuno. It was a good school, but really you never cared for the sports. Though your older brother Ryu was obsessed. He even asked you to come by to see him practice volleyball. You always declined him. Mainly cause you were exhausted from school.
He always ask over and over again. You rejected ever time. It wasn't worth the pain to go there. You just wanted to get home and sleep. Seeing as the world was dull. One day though you finally had enough of your older brother.
"Please (F/N)!!" Ryu begged. Shaking your head, you continue to the roof top. It was lunch time and you came up to the roof all the time.
"Ryūnosuke, I said no. So please stop asking!" You glared at your brother.
"Come on! I'll do anything for you to come watch. Just this afternoon!" He pleaded as he continued to beg.
"I'll buy you a cake! or cookie dough! or even both!" He knew that sweets was your weakness. Finally having enough of his begging, you sighed.
"Fine, but you owe me cake!" You looked at your brother. He smiles at you and nods his head.
'I'm going to regret this so much!' You thought as you ate your lunch in peace.
Though when time came for practice, Ryu basically dragged you to the gym.
"Ughhhh...Why am I doing this?" You mumbled as Ryu opened the door. Looking down as you enter the gym.
"Everyone! Meet my little sister!" Ryu yelled to everyone as you just shyly waved. Nishinoya was the first one to say a word.
"You finally came (F/N)!!" Nishinoya smiles at you.
"Ryu wouldn't leave me alone! Plus he owes me cake." You smile at the male, but soon look at the males and females in the room. You knew Nishinoya, Diachi, Suga, Asahi, Kiyoko, and Yachi. You knew the third years since Ryu had them over occasionally. For Yachi, you and her are in the same class. When you scanned over the males in the room, one of them caught your attention. He seemed to taller than Ryu, but shorter than the guy with glasses. You and the male make eye contact. As soon as you do, around you started to show color. You both have wide eyes as you two stare at each other.
"Earth to (F/N)!" Ryu yelled.
"Huh? Oh...Sorry.." You look at your brother. Soon you look over at Nishinoya.
"Huh...So that part is blonde?" You mumbled, but sadly your brother heard it. He ignored it and soon introduced the members of the team. 'So my soulmate is Kageyama Tobio...' You thought as you stared at him. Ryu saw this and immediately had to ask you about it.
"Sis...Can you see color?" Ryu smirked at you.
"Shut up Ryu!" You yelled as you hit him in the gut. Both you and Hinata were the same height. Walking up to Kageyama you smiled and reached your hand out.
"I'm Tanaka (F/N)! Please call me (F/N)!" You tilt your head as you smile at the male.
"That's one way to introduce yourself to your soulmate..." Ryu mumbled under his breathe.
"What did you say..." You glared at your brother, but soften your gaze back to Kageyama.
"It's nice to meet you...(F/N)..." Kageyama looks at you with a hint of a blush. You giggled at him.
It was after practice and you were still getting use to the colors. Ryu would continue to tease Kageyama about being your soulmate. Honestly you had no reason to complain. He was rather very cute. Not to mention him shirtless. Ahem what now? The males were cleaning up, but for some reason Kageyama was walking up to you. You slightly tilt your head since you were confused. He stared at you for a second, he seemed lost for word.
"Kageyama, your sets are amazing. I've seen Suga set before, but I've never seen a quick attack! It was amazing!" You smile at him. He looked taken aback.
"T thank you.." He smiles a little as he tries to hide his forming blush. Giggling you felt a little bold. You stand on your tip toes. Soon kissing him on the cheek.
"See you tomorrow, Kageyama!" You happily skip out of the gym.
