Chapter 4

Your POV

Over night I thought about whether I should rather make the chocolate for Kaname or buy the chocolate. But homemade is always the best, isn't it?

I decided to make the chocolate and went to the bathroom to change. Finally I went to bed tired. My eyes grew heavier until I finally fell asleep.

"I want to show you how I died, but you will experience everything from my point of view," she explained to me. To show her that I understood I nodded.

In my dream I was bitten by people and they drank my blood. Then I sacrificed my heart, I could clearly feel my pain. Screaming and bathed in sweat, I woke up from my dream.

When I woke up, I sat up first and then touched my left breast where I could clearly feel my heart.

That was a terrible dream. My former "I" died because she sacrificed her heart. My chest burned like hell after I remembered it and after a while the pain disappeared again. Exhausted I put my head back on my soft pillow and looked out of the window. The moon was still bright so it's still night.

Suddenly the door opened and Sakura rushed into my room. "Where's the vampire called Aido?" She yelled softly, looking around the room with her pistol in hand. "Why should Aido be here and why are you here now?" I asked her quietly. She ran to me and sat on the bed. "I thought the vampire would bite you again!", She replied. "No, nobody bit me. I just had a bad dream," I explained to her why I was screaming.

"I'm sorry that I woke you up," I apologized to my friend. She said: "Don't worry. A friend should be there if someone should attack you again!" I nodded in agreement with her opinion. Sakura said I was her best friend and because she is also my best friend, I told her all my dreams and the woman from my dream. She looked at me with wide eyes and asked me a lot more questions. When she had no more questions, she said with a beaming smile: "I'll tell you everything of my life."

I hugged Sakura with tears in my eyes. "Why are you crying now?", She asked awkwardly and patted my back. A tear ran down my cheek and sniffed in a shaky voice: "I've never had a friend and I'm just happy. I think it's really great that you will tell me everything at some point. I was only liked because of my money and my "friends" spoke badly about me in my absence."

She returned my hug and finally asked me jokingly: "Did you make your chocolate for your beloved Kaname?" "He is not my lover and I am not in love with him or anything! I just give him the chocolate as a thank you!" I said and blushed. She let go of me and looked me in the eyes.

"Then why are you all red in the face?" she stated with a grin on the face. My face was red as a ripe tomato. "How can you see my red face in the dark?" I protested with a sigh. I heard her giggle softly? After thinking about what I said, I immediately put my two hands on my mouth. Crap, I betrayed myself!

"Caught," she giggled loudly. I hope she doesn't wake anyone up with her giggle. "Why aren't you angry? I thought you didn't like vampires?" I remarked confused. "Well, it's true that I don't like vampires! But you can love if you want. You don't have to be afraid that I'm angry with you. Really not! But if you really love Kaname and Kaname love you, I will accept it and support you!" she told me. I hugged her again out of sheer joy.

"Don't we want to make your chocolate for your beloved Kaname?" she asked me. "It's closed hours and it's dark outside!" I informed Sakura. "There is a kitchen in the school there we can make your chocolate. Since I had anticipated something like that, I got everything. Come change your clothes and wait quietly in front of my room till I'm come" she said and got up from the bed.

After she had finished her sentences, she quietly left the room. I quickly went to the bathroom and took off my sweaty clothes and wear new clothes. Then I sneaked quietly out of my room and waited in front of my room as ordered.

After a while Sakura came too and together we went to the school building. Hopefully nobody would catch us. We stood at the door and together we entered the building. "What if someone catches us?" I asked anxiously and looked around on all sides. "Nobody will catch us! After all, you want to give chocolate your beloved Kaname!" she teased me. Because of our conversation, we almost passed the school kitchen.

"Now we have finally arrived," said Sakura happily. Together we went into the kitchen and prepared everything. "But we have to be quiet Sakura!" I whispered to her. She looked at me and nodded.

Sakura dropped the bowl. When the bowl landed on the floor, you could hear it all over the school building. We did not move for a short time and heard whether someone would come. Phew that was close.

We continued to do our job and Sakura was mixing some chocolate with a spoon. "What are you doing here?" Suddenly asked a male voice behind us. Startled, we turned and Sakura swayed with her spoon so that some chocolate landed on the young man's face.

Sakura and I didn't try to laugh. "We make chocolate here! Can't you see that?" Sakura replied the young man mockingly. He ignored what Sakura said. "You are Sakura and you are (Y/N). I am Takuma Ichijo. I gave you your drawing on the first day of school" Takuma tell with a smile on his face. "Yes, that's right! Thanks for your help." I thanked Takuma again.

"Has anyone heard this noise and if not will you betray us?" Growled Sakura the boy. "No, no one else heard. I will not betray you either," he replied with a smile and went away again.

We quickly finished the chocolate and cleaned the materials we used.

We ran back to our dorm together and waited for school to start again. There will certainly be a lot going on today! The girls are very excited and can't wait to give them their chocholate. In class we talked all the time, so the teacher had to admonish us.

The two of us left the building and went to change classes and talked while we were running. We came late. "I'm sorry. I already have my hands full, I can't take anything anymore." I heard Kaname say to the students. I let my head hang in disappointment. Crap, too late! I could already feel how tears formed in my eyes.

A hand touched my back and pushed me to Kaname. Since I wanted to know who that person is, I turned around and saw Sakura. Behind her I saw the other girls who would like to kill me with their eyes. I turned around again and went straight towards Kaname, who looked at me lovingly with his eyes. "Thanks for your help. I hope you can accept it anyway, even though you already have both hands full," I said quickly and blushed and held out my chocolate. He accepted it gratefully and I felt the piercing looks of the girls in the back again.

I quickly bowed and ran towards Sakura. I hit her on the back of her head because she pushed me to Kaname earlier. I saw how he accepted the chocolate from Yuki and he finally left the class change.
