Finn And The Avengers in 1775 (sequel to, Green Ghost)

Chapter 6

"that's correct General." Finn replied as Washington repeated everything he had heard

"Well, I don't understand it, but you four have helped us this far, I can't find any reason to treat you as spy's." Washington replied

"Well sir, if I may your troops will be engaged in a fight tomarrow at Bunker Hill, and I request leave to go join them." Finn said

"I don't know, stay here." Washington replied

"General, with all do respect, you have good men who are going to lay down their life tomorrow, and we have no right to do any less than they." Steve say

"Captain, you are a good man; and I give you what you requested, take your men and any militia men you need and join the fight on Bunker Hill." Washington said then added

"I'm not general, yet."

"Sir you will be on the 19th" Finn replied

"Thank you for that but of information." Washington replied

"So what do we do?" Tony asked

"Well Tatyana, put your spy skills to use, and find out what you can when we go to Boston, I will do the same, while Steve and Tony go join the men atop Bunker Hill." Finn replied as they left for Boston.

While in Boston, Finn and Tatyana went out to find out what they could concerning movements of Bunker  Hill, and accidently met each other at a tavern.

Finn walked up to a short slinder red haired woman wearing a red dress.

"Excuse me ma'am, but have you seen a young lady that, well she uh—" Finn paused to find the proper words

"Doesn't fit in?" The woman asked

"Yeah, you could say that." Finn replied

"What's her name?" The woman asked

"Uh, Tatyana." Finn replied

"Nope I haven't seen her." The woman replied

"Ok thanks, Finn replied as he walked away then stopped and turned

"Liar." He said waling back

"Excuse me?" The woman said offinded

"Sorry, Tatyana I uh, should have known." Finn replied

"Ok, I give up, but how'd you know it was me?" She asked chuckling

"Well, the leather boots for one, and the hand gun, doesn't exactly, uhh, compliment your form." Finn said unsure

"Well, I didn't have much time." She replied as Finn sat back down beside her.

"Other than that, I'd never know that it was you—beautiful." Finn said muttering the last part

"What was that?" Tatyana asked

"Oh, nothing." Finn replied

"Don't lie, I heard it." Tatyana said with a slight smile

"Oh well, I was thinking out loud." Finn replied

"Well if you think out loud about me like that, I'd like to hear more of it." Tatyana replied

"Yeah, sure." Finn said taking a swig of scotch.

"I can't believe it." Tatyana said

"What?" Finn asked

"Ever since I met you, my life has been a non-stop rollercoaster." Tatyana answered

"Yeah, who knew our meeting in the museum would bring us here, dang we've been through a lot these past, what six years almost, Hazard, Zandar now 1775." Finn said

"Yeah, but you know something?" Tatyana said then paused

"No what?" Finn asked taking another swig

"I wouldn't change the past six years for anything." She said softly thinking back and reliving the memories

"Yeah, I know." Finn said thoughtfully

"Anyway, enough with this, what info you got?" Finn said

"Well, they are planning on sending over 2,000 troops to Charlestown to attack the Americans who are low on ammo." Tatyana said

"Ok, we got to go." Finn said as he paid for the drinks and they started to leave when they were stopped by three British troops and their officer

"Halt!" The officer said

"Round two." Finn muttered

"What do you want sir?" Tatyana asked

"You and your friend are under arrest for being rebel spys." The officer said

"You are wearing your armor underneath, right?" Finn asked Tatyana in a whisper

"Ofcorce, why wouldn't I be?" She responded

"Well then, lets get rid of our desguise and get out of here." Finn said as he did he took off his colonial cloths revealing his camouflage paratrooper cloths and M1911, while much to the surprise and dismay of the British troops Tatyana followed suit revealing her HYDRA uniform, then they exchanged glances as Finn put his hands up and walked towards the British, but the moment he felt the gun against his back he spun about, took the rifle from the soldier and hit him in the stomach with the Butt of the rifle, then bright his knee up and hit him on the jaw, knocking him out, while he spun around and placed his hand on the officers shoulder at the bace of his neck and squeezed and his body went limp.

"Works evertime." Finn said as Tatyana finished the other two,

"None for me?" She asked

"Sorry, you looked like you had your hands full" Finn replied

"No I didn't. Besides how do you do that?" She responded

"What the neck thingie?" He asked

"Yes." She responded

"Well, it's called the Vulcan neck pinch, works evertime." Finn replied

"Can you teach me?" Tatyana asked

"Sure, when we get back to reality." Finn said taking her hand in his and going invisible.
