Sophia’s P.O.V.

“Werewolves?” I look at my sister full of confusion. They she just say that Ezio is not a human?

That’s when I remember what happened last night. The changes in Ezio’s eyes, that pain in the side of my neck, the question I completely forgot to ask to him. I also remember kuya Jacob’s word during his birthday. He did say that there’s a rumor going around that their kind turns into a beast during the night and handsome men during the day. Funny enough because it turns out to be more than a rumor after all.

“I’m gonna take that as Ezio haven’t cleared it out to you before marking you.” Ate Clara stated upon seeing my confuse look.

“So you mean you knew that kuya Jacob is a part beast but you still allow him to mark you?” Humakbang ako paalis sa terrace at pumasok sa loob silid nito.

Ramdam ko ang pagsunod nito sa akin. I wonder how did my sister and kuya Jacob first met? Did she saw how he shifted into a beast? I mean, I think that is cool right? Imagine living your whole life like a perfect princess and then suddenly you met this guy who is part human and part beast then the whole game changes.

“Yup, I met him in a bar and suddenly this guy came to challenge his position. Halfway to their fight the other man turns into a wolf and I am not supposed to see that so he ended up mate claiming me.” Her eyes sparks in pure happiness as she look back on how their story started. Looking at my sister right now, I can clearly tell how much she love Jacob.

“So have you seen his wolf form already?” Curious kong tanong rito.

I can’t help but imagine how would Ezio will look like as a wolf. I wanted to know how he looks like in his beast form. Well it turns out that my mate have a lot of explaining to do not only to my dad but to me as well. I interested to know more about their kind. Does this mean that Evie is a wolf too? That’s probably a stupid question because the answer is quite obvious on that one.

Gumuhit ang ngiti sa labi ni ate Clara saka ito umiling. “Nope, but I saw his beast twice and it was when he is fighting in a battle arena.” Sagot nito na siyang nagpangiwi sa akin.

“That’s why he survived that underground fight.” I commented.

“Yup, it’s because he has an inhuman strength.”

A knock on her door caught both of our attention. For some reason my heart flutters in excitement and without even seeing whoever behind that door is, I'm hundred percent sure that is it Ezio. I walk towards it and open it wide for him. If this is a comic art I can almost imagine myself opening the door with that sparks or excitement in my eyes.

Ezio smile at me as our eyes meet. “Hey...” I muttered, unable to construct a better sentence to communicate with him. I hate when that happened.

“Ehermmm...”

That fake cough from my sister made me realize that we are actually not alone and this is not my room. Lumingon ako rito para lang makita ang nanunudyo nitong ngiti sa labi. I immediately walk out of her room and pull Ezio towards the direction of my own room. Leaving my sister with a teasing smile on her lips.

“I think I like your aggressive side.” Nakangising komento ni Ezio nang maisarado ko ang pinto ng aking silid.

“Aggressive your face. Hindi kita hinila rito para makipaglandian. You little bastard, how come you didn’t tell me about you being a werewolf?” Pinanlakihan ko ito ng mata. Granted that I didn’t asked him directly about it but still. He marked me, he should atleast be a kind boyfriend and set my expectations.
