Chapter Seventeen: I love you...

(Sana's POV)

"Wait!" I yelled. I grab his arm, stopping him from leaving.. I stare at him, looking for any other emotion I can find in his eyes."Do you like me Y/n?" I whispered.

"No.... I don't" He said, showing absolutely no emotion. I never knew he could be this cold- wait....

He doesn't like me??

I slowly loosen my grip on his arm. Tears begin to fill my eyes as his words repair over and over in my mind.

"I love you.."

My heart drops after I hear his words. He..... loves.... me? My face heats up as he grab my hand, giving it a gentle squeeze.

"You're little plan to make me jealous worked I guess." He chuckles softly at my expression. "I used to like you, but now.... I can't hold back. I love you, Sana..."

"Tch...."

We both move our eyes to Jinyoung who is overflowing with anger.

"I- Seriously?!?" He scoffs out of frustration and runs his hands through his hair. "You like him and he likes you. Of course....."

"Jinyoung.... I-"

"No Sana.... don't say anything." He said, his voice cracking a little. I see a tear drop from his eye. He quickly wipes it away and clears his throat. "I guess that means our "relationship" is over. Hope you had fun messing with my emotions." He turns on his heel and walks towards the door. He then stops and turns around to say something. "And Y/n...... our friendship is non-existent now. You can forget about me forgiving you.."

"Jinyoung-"

He slams the door behind him as he leaves the rooftop.

"I hate this.... I didn't want him to be hurt...." I sigh as tears begin to fill my eyes.

"Sana..." Y/n pulls me into his embrace, causing me to break out in tears.

"Why didn't you say you liked me sooner? Huh?!" I yelled, as I begin to throw punches at him. "If you said something, no one would be hurt!"

"I'm sorry Sana.. I just, didn't know if I really liked you or not." He sighs and groans in pain as I hit him again. "I also liked two people as well Sana..."

Right.... Nayeon... I forgot...

"Oh... yeah.." I wipe away my tears a pull away from his embrace. I dart my eyes to the ground and sigh from frustration.

"Come on... don't be upset.... we can fix this.." He lifts my chin, causing my eyes to lock with his. I immediately dart my eyes away from his as my face becomes red. He pouts at me and says, "Look at me...."

I shake my head in response which makes him more upset.

"Come on... you're hurting me by not looking at me.." I sigh softly and move my eyes back to his. He smiles widely at me and moves a lose strand of hair behind my ear. "Be my girlfriend.."

"W-What?!" I exclaimed, looking at him in shock. He smiles at me, showing his beautiful white teeth.

"You heard me. Let's date." He glances at my lips before looking back at my eyes. I swallow a lump in my throat and look away from him.

"I just broke up with Jinyoung.. shouldn't we wait?" He sighs softly and looks at the ground. "What if he finds out? Wouldn't that make him even more upset?"

"Fine.." He drops his hand from my face and sighs. He then looks back at me and smiles. "Let's go on a date then. We don't have to be boyfriend and girlfriend. Let's just go out together."

I pause for a moment and think. I do want to spend time with him. I still am processing the fact that he said he loves me...

"Okay. Sure. When do you want to go out?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

"Tomorrow. I'll pick you up." He smiles widely at me.

"Okay. After we go on a date.. can we try and sort things out with Jinyoung. I don't like to see him upset.." I said, slightly pouting.

He scoffs at me before taking my hand and squeezing it.

"If you're going to date me... you need to stop talking about other guys... I get jealous easily.." I chuckle at his expression before giving him a small nod.

"I'm going to go now.... I'm going shopping with Mina and the others.." he nods at me in response and gives me a small wave.."

"Bye then! See you tomorrow" I exclaim before walking towards the exit.

"I love you!" He yelled, causing my face to flush up...

That idiot....
