Here it is!!! As some of you may remember, I hate the first chapters, setting the scene... I always feel boring!! But I am mostly so sorry it has taken so long to finally start this new story! I kept changing my mind and then the virus hit and I got really busy, I still am, juggling study, work, and helping out with a few things outside work. But writing is so important to me, and now sharing it with you:-)

Please leave me some feedback, I love reading your comments, ideas and opinions.

Sanem leaned backward on the bench she had been seating on for a while, looking at the Bosporus. She had been back in Istanbul for less than a month and still somewhat felt like a visitor. She had left 5 years ago to study in Ankara and Izmir, but it is her time in New York that had confirmed how much she was missing her hometown. She had suddenly left New York and since then, everything had easily fallen into place, from moving into her parents' old apartment to starting work at the family company; Sanem felt like the stars aligning were a sign she had done to right move. She stood up and returned to jogging along the coast.

Bulut: ''come on Sanem!''

Bulut was honking downstairs her building when he saw her run out of the foyer.

B: ''we'll be late! Dad won't like it!'

Sanem sat next to him, ''I would be on time if you had let me drive to work myself instead of showing off your new toy!''

B: ''Come on! Respect! This is a Porsche!''

She rolled her eyes and smiled; she couldn't care less about cars but was delighted to see Bulut as excited as a child on Christmas morning.

B: ''Look at you with your branded jacket!''

She knew he was making fun of her, ''yes I wear it proudly, just like our staff Bulut...'' she answered as to mean he was too good to wear a jacket with the name of the company. Bulut knew better than to answer and start a discussion about employee and boss' privileges.

B: ''Are you coming to the management meeting this morning?''

S: ''Of course, anything I should expect?''

B: ''Third Monday of the month, we will get the financial update and then dad will complain for half an hour that we spend too much money!''

Sanem giggled at her cousin and uncle, she had only participated in one management meeting and was still finding her feet within the team and the company. Stepping in to replace her aunt as head of customer service which, they called guest experience, was no small fit for such a young woman, especially given how demanding and sometimes unreasonable their rich clients were. But Sanem had new ideas, technological projects and plans that would definitely put High Sky on the list for best Private jet experience for the first year in a while.

Everyone sat around the large oval table and Murat started the meeting with a summary of the past figures. Metin, the finance manager, took over and gave the details of the past month expenses.

Murat, as usual, responded with a few demands to save money.

M: ''Sanem? How will you save money this month?''

Sanem smiled at her uncle for putting her on the spot, ''actually uncle, I will be spending more money.'' Murat folded his arms as a request for details.

S: ''As you know, I want to modernise the guest experience and we do have some small investments to be made in the matter.''

B: ''Go ahead Sanem, give us the details.'' Bulut was excited his father had finally listened to someone younger than himself.
