"Klaus pov"

We were all sitting in the living room waiting for Zander to come. I am anxiously waiting for him to come so that we can find Elijah and Rua and bring both of them home. I cannot wait to hold them in my arms. It been more than 48 hours now and I dont know how are they? Did they eat something? Are they hurt? Nothing we haven't got any call from them it's just so frustrating. Just then the bell rang informing we have visitor and Ruth got up to open the door.

"Hi, you must be Ruth. How are you sweetheart?" The person asked and Blake instantly stood up from his place.

"Umm.... yeah and you must be Blake's brother if you know me."she replied.

"Yes he is and I am Cara Blake's sister-in-law" she said

"And my wife" Zander said

"Please come in" she said they walked in. The women who's name is Cara ran towards Blake and hugged him.

"O my God I missed you so much. It feels like haven't seen you for an eternity now."she said and started crying while Blake held her in his arms.

"I missed you too Cara. I will always you were a sister I always wanted but I am cursed with an assole." He said and sighted.

"Don't worry I feel the same except the fact that I will never want Cara as my sister." Zander replied and Cara started jumping up and down saying she has some news to tell Blake.

"Will you stop jumping up and down woman." Zander said frustrated 

"I am pregnant Blake and you will become an uncle and the Godfather isn't it exciting." She said jumping again. Blake hugged her tightly and had tears in his eyes am so happy Cara.

"Okay now am done telling my news. So lets get back to the situation in hand." she said immediately Blake chuckled seeing her and greeted his brother with a tight hug.

"hey Z,  how are you?" he said

"Great, I missed you brother" Zander replied.

"I missed you too" he said

"Okay boys we have a news. there are signs here and there about Elijah and Rua which you guys might as well ignored even if you have seen." Zander said.

"what exactly you mean Zander?" Om said 

"We have seen all the cameras everywhere near the house" i said 

"Not exactly, there is one such camera that is hidden in the trees so it is highly impossible for anyone to notice the camera. The camera recordings are kept in someone's else house and not your's and even he doesn't know about the camera either Nic." Cara replied 

"Can we see the recordings" Ruth asked 

"Sure Ruth you all can." Cara replied and played the video. It was when we Rua coming out of the house with Elijah  and she saw a man holding a gun in front of her she was talking with him but she didn't realize that someone was behind her and the moment she turned back the person held a cloth to her nose which made her swaying. Even at the moment she was holding Eli close to her making sure she was the first person to have contact with the ground and not him. Then Nathan came with Claire and pulled Eli away from her, another man came and picked up Rua and put her in the trunk. Luckily we were able to see the car number and the car left.

"Jesus Om" Ruth said and crashed on the couch.

Rua's Pov

It's been what 2 days or more that I have been stuck here. Every time Claire comes she hits and leaves without a word. She never comes in one particular time she comes when she wants and goes out when she is done doing what she wanted to do. When I saw the door opening I looked up to see Claire standing there with anger in her eyes.

"Why are you doing all this?" I asked her

"Because I wanted what you are getting. I craved for all of it" she said

"You had it all didn't you way before me but you didn't know how to keep your legs shut now did you." I said

"Well you can't say anything about it. Yes I did go to other men and I did cheat on Nic the poor thing never knew.
He trusted me but the same cannot be said about your brother or Blake. You brother was the first person to doubt about my affair but not having any proof he couldn't do much. Then I found out that I was pregnant with this pup her. I didn't wanted this baby I told Nic that we should give up on this baby because am not ready but he was against the idea he wanted the kid. Now he was his center of life and I was just a mere human not worthy. His mother never liked me from the very start and I didn't either. One day I heard Nic saying that he is going to transfer half off his assets and everything he had to Elijah no one knows that except the 3 of them and they dont know that i know about this plan. I told Nathan about this and it took us a while to make a concrete plan. What I didn't know was Om and Blake were keeping tabs on me but they could never get to the end of it. So one day they cornered me and threatened me to leave the both and never come back if I do they will be consequences. Naturally,  I had to act all terrified for them to believe me and guess what they did and I left only to come back to get what I left for." She said with a evil glint.

"If money is what you always wanted you could just take some or ask some am sure he would have given you without a thought." I said

"Aww, sweety you sure are innocent and naive aren't you. Why would I ask him to give me the money when I can take all of it with a little help with this guy here." She said and looked at her in disgust

"Come don't look at me like am a plague or something." She said with fake hurt I didn't say a word and she continued.

"Look all I wanted from the William's was money and I can get with Eli here so we planned on kidnapping him for long time now but he was always protected with tight security even the nannies couldn't take him out but the last nanny was ready to do it for us but in the end moment she bailed us and tried to tell the William's everything so Nathan got her out of the way. And then you came!" She said with venom in her voice.

"Eli and you got pretty close and when I saw you back at the mansion I know it would be difficult for us to get to Eli because you wouldn't leave his side and will always protect him and I was so jealous to see how connected you and Nic are you even call him Klaus and he doesn't say a thing to you. I couldn't take it I had to hurt you and see you in pain. Tomorrow I will kill you and take Eli away with me and the money too." She said and I was burning furiously.

"You know I never understood what did Nic see in you?" She said and looked at me up and down.

"He saw that I wasn't a gold digger bitch like you." I said with smile and that made her angry.

"You know am kindoff happy that you left Eli and Klaus. Otherwise, I wouldn't be there life and Eli won't even know about you and I will make sure of that. I will thank my brothers when I see them. And sweety if you think they won't find you believe me you don't even know half a thing about them. They will find you and Nathan and when they do believe it won't be a site you ever want to see." I said with a smirk and she punched me on my jaw and kicked in my stomach. I heard Eli crying Claire was about to kick me one more time when the door opened and someone said "she needs to comes" buy before she went she crouched down to my level and pulled my face up with my hair and said "you are really Lucky you got yourself some time to recover before I fully finish you" she said and was about to leave when I told her.

"Oh listen i have a feeling that this will be the last time you and I are going to meet so before you go you remember just now i said how I will make sure he never knows about you. NOW I promise you he will never and you will never lay a finger on him because he is MY SON AND I AM HIS MOTHER you will never be a part of his life because once again he is MY SON. MY SON CLAIRE" I said picked up Eli cradling him in my arms. She was about to come back to me when someone held her hand and pulled her out. The door once again closed and we were waiting for our Knight.

I looked at Eli and whispered "YOU ARE MY SON NO ONE'S ELSE AND I AM YOUR MOTHER."
