Phantomwatcher takes the body of the Rainwing as he got it from his mother of course. His main scale color contains light purple which ends at his head down to his tail. Of course his overscales and spikes are coloured with a more darkish purple as it runs down to his tail. His lower wing membrane is much more unique like any other Rainwings though having his father to be a Nightwing, his wing membrane was the mixture of dark blue with dominant purple hue as it's main color. His face is slim like a Rainwing's and his wings' scales are the color mixture of blue and light purple. His lower body contains much lighter colors of his upper body which makes it 'beauty behind the curtains' as it is. With the few more traits of a Rainwings, like the dotted spots on his side filling it with white. He has dark blue eyes and has a silver teardrop scale near his eyes.

Phantomwatcher is more of a silent type of dragon as he prefered not talking with other dragons who doesn't really concern him. He doesn't talk a lot but can be a straighforward male when the matter needs it. He still has some of his emotions hanging tight which meant he can care about people but not for now as he doesn't have anyone to talk or share importance with. If one can annoy him which currently has a lot, he will just put a dart on their heads. He loves a music for himself as he had lived his life with his flute that his mother gave him and the only source to drive his sorrow and pain away.

Of course, playing his mother's flute is just soothing as it is and it will be always his favorite thing to do. Hunting and assassinating the dragons that breaks the laws of justice or his laws of justice.

Phantomwatcher is a professional assassin, which meant he's battle ready and ready to negotiate for the right price. He has that unique knowledge of making people/dragons have second thoughts of their choices thus leading them paying him much more. He is an unbeatable marksman which he trained with his blowgun like Rainwing's have, but more modified to kill.
