Salvatore

"What was that about?" Maddie asked as soon as we got to her room.

"What was what?"

"That!!" She replied pointing at the door.

"I didn't touch the door, you opened it, how can you have such short memory?"

"Stop playing with me! You know what I mean"

"Obviously I don't"

"With Ciara"

I raised a brow "what's with her?"

"You were trying to flirt with her"

"Was I?"

"I'm not blind, hell yeah!!"

"So?" I replied trying to make sense out of what she was saying.

"I don't like it"

"What does my flirting have to do with you?"

"I'm your girlfriend Sal, you can't be flirting most especially when I'm there"

"Good. Now I'll just try to point sense from what you just said," I replied.

Her eyes widened at first then she frowned and walked over to her bed and sat. "I didn't know you'll come to my house to make a fool of me"

"Did I?"

"Why are you doing this to me Sal?"

"I'm just standing here in your room, I'm clearly doing nothing to you"

"Why did you come here?"

"Whaaaaat?" I replied as i placed my hands in my pocket, turned my head in a sacrastic manner and walked to the window then I looked back at her. "I thought I received a call from you not quite long ago or was it a mistake? I can go back, you know?"

"I wanted to talk to you"

"We're talking darling"

"About us"

"Us?" I replied trying to point at both of us with both of my index fingers moving alternatively. "Is there a us? Baby girl if that's why you called me over, I think I have work to do"

"What do you mean?"

"I just spoke a simple sentence dear. How can you not understand?"

She stood up and walked over to me, hugging me from behind and tightened her hand over my stomach. It felt like she was squeezing my lungs.

"Um.... Maddie.. I'll prefer a better position, I can't breath," I managed to say.

She pulled away immediately and I turned to look at her, I could see the hurt clearly on her face. "Listen Maddie," I said cupping her face in my hand "I'll like to know why you introduced me as your boyfriend to Shayna and Ciara"

"Aren't you?"

"What? We're over dear. Do I have to send you a text every morning to remind you so that you won't go about saying I'm your boyfriend?"

She pushed my hand from face and went back to her bed. "You think I'll accept that?"

"You won't? Okay I'll make it a phone call"

"Okay, phone call, deal," she replied and grinned. I know she's up to no good.

"It's not like I'll speak," I said trying to trash her hopes of getting me to be her boyfriend.

"Lets see," she replied with a smirk.

Crazy.

"First of all, did I say we're over? We were never a thing," I said and to my relieve, her smirk changed to a frown.
