"amani , come on. lay down." i groaned in irritation. i had to pick out which dress i was gone wear for graduation tomorrow.
"akdidbeb.." she said and i raised my eyebrow. "weird ahh baby talk!" mykel said , scaring me.
"did you think you was chewing when you did that?" i asked. "chewing?" he asked.
"yes. did you think it was giving the energy when you did that?" i asked and he smacked his lips and walked out.
"exactly what i thought." i mumbled.
amani grabbed her pack before putting it in her mouth and she closed her eyes , as her head went back.
"about time." i said putting the covers over her and heading to my closet.
"you ready for graduation?" macei asked , coming in the room and i laughed.
"i mean yeah- ain't nothing special about it for real but i am getting older so that's all that matters!" i said , truthfully.
"what you mean nothing special- girl this finna be epic. you gone love it." she said and i raised my eyebrow.
"mhm , ready to see what's so 'epic' about this." i shrugged and she only smiled before grabbing the remote.
"alright. i found the dressssssss!" i dragged and showed her as she looked at it.
she grabbed the hanger and looked at the straps. "i knew this dress was familiar." she said.
"what chu mean?" i asked. "i used to have one like it growing up." she said.
"but i never gained weight for it to actually fit me so i didn't want it anymore." she continued and i sat it on the far left of my closet and yawned.
