"How is he?" I approach Scott at his locker before class.
"Good, he's back in his right mind now. He's finally moved on." He shoves a few text books into his backpack and closes his locker.
"I'm glad he's back to himself."
"Yeah, his mom said he's doing great. They were redecorating his room slash shrine to you when I stopped by."
I cringe at the memory of his stalker decor. I sent Scott to check up on the Dwyers, I didn't want to chance seeing Jace again but we all wanted to make sure my effects had worn off. Since we were nothing more than a hookup, he didn't require a soul gouging, ancient flower cocktail.
"She sounds like she has some weird crush on you herself, honestly." Scott smiles, amused at Jace's strange mother.
I think, like all humans it seems, she was sucked into the orbit of my Siren allure. Her disturbing 'perfect suburban mom' thing is all her own, though.
"Hey beautiful." Stiles hugs me from behind, kissing my head.
"Hey." I smile and lean into him.
Its been almost two months since we solved our fatal Siren bond problem. I still 'feed' off of Stiles' affection, but he's now immune to it's negative effects, and his feelings are one hundred percent his own.
Seeing that Stiles was unconscious for an entire day, we decided to let his dad in on the whole Siren thing. He was worried about Stiles, of course, but now that his son isn't in danger he's pretty chill about our relationship.
Stilinski says we're both almost eighteen and will be off to college soon so as long as we're responsible and safe he's okay with it; needless to say we left out the part about the pregnancy scare.
"Hey, Stiles, you're still coming over later right?" Scott asks his friend.
"Yeah, ofcourse." Stiles confirms their plans.
I pull out of his embrace and pout a little.
"What?" Stiles smirks at my brattiness.
"You were gonna help me study for the math quiz, remember?" We share a math class and he's way better at it than me.
"Oh yeah, sorry. We can just do it later. I've gotta get to class, I love you." He kisses my cheek before him and Scott head down the hall.
"I miss when you couldn't deny me!" I yell after him and he turns with a smile on his face, still walking backwards.
Stiles winks at me and I roll my eyes; he laughs shaking his head at my attitude before turning back.
"Aw, missing your little love slave?" Lydia walks up beside me.
"Yes." My pout continues.
Lydia gives me a look that says I'm being dramatic.
"No." I correct with a sigh.
"I'm glad he's no longer under my spell. Ecstatic that he really loves me, but a little disappointed in the lack of unending attention." I joke, smiling at her.
I start walking to class myself, Lydia matching my steps as we continue our conversation.
"Whatever. He's still totally obsessed with you if you ask me. You're his main conversation topic; 'oh, Vi looks amazing today, Vi's so sweet, she's the best girlfriend ever.' Blah blah blah." Lydia mocks Stiles' adoration of me.
I smile and bump my shoulder into her playfully.
"Hey guys!" Kira runs up, joining us.
"Hello best friend." I wrap my arm around her shoulder as we walk.
"Let's have a girls night, since both of your men have ditched you for one another this evening." Lydia suggests. "I need your opinions on my outfit for the dance this weekend anyway." She smiles and waves goodbye to us as she steps into her homeroom.

"Okay, so this dress orrr this one?" Lydia shows Kira and I her options for the school dance coming up.
"The red one?" I look at Kira who nods her head. "The red one." I say definitively.
"Perfect." Lydia tosses the other dress to the bed and holds the red one up to herself in my mirror.
"You should try on the other one, it'll bring out your eyes." Lydia offers. "Well you're regular soft green not your Siren purple." She teases.
"I don't even know if we're going this weekend, Stiles' dad is going out and we'll have the house to ourselves so..." My smile is topped with cheeks the hue of Lydia's dress at the thought of all the things Stiles will do to my body.
"Ugh, I really thought you two would come up for air after your Siren spell broke." Lydia rolls her eyes. "Just try on the dress."
"Fine." I appease her, standing and pulling my sweater over my head, leaving me in my jeans and burgundy push up.
"Woah." Scott stands in the doorway, shielding his eyes.
Stiles walks up behind him, his eyes going wide when he sees me half dressed. He pulls his friend back by the shoulders, shoving him down the hall.
"Vi! With the door open?" Stiles scolds me.
"We were here alone." I quickly tug my shirt back on and give Kira a quick 'sorry' for accidentally flashing her boyfriend.
"Scott just wanted to come over and ask you in person."
"Ask me what?"
"To officially be a part of the pack." Scott peeks in, making sure I'm dressed.
"Oh." I'm a little surprised, I don't really see myself as a useful member of the group.
"I know you don't think you'd make a useful member, but you're wrong." Stiles encourages me, I smile at how well he knows me.
"Yeah, if you need anyone transformed into a completely obsessed love junkie, just shoot me a text." Stiles sarcastic ways have rubbed off on me.
"Or, if we need information or help from someone human, people seem to do anything to get on your good side." Scott replies.
"But no exploiting your assets, mkay?" Stiles smacks my butt as he says this.
I laugh and give him a quick kiss.
"Okay, I'm in." I shake Scott's hand, he smiles and nods.
It's been a roller-coaster of a journey but I'm happy it led to me falling in love with my gorgeous goofball of a boyfriend and being accepted into this quirky little pack.
When this all started I thought I'd lost my only family, turns out I gained a whole new one.
