"So you want to go out sometime?"

Gray was a little taken aback by the woman's sudden question.

"Sure, how about tomorrow?" He answered.

"Tomorrow it is, pick me up at 8?" she more demanded than asked.

"Okay" was all Gray could say before she spun around and walked away swaying her hips with each step.

That was new... Gray thought. I've never been asked out before.. but I guess that just goes to show how independent Minerva is.

Gray shrugged his shoulders and finished putting away his books to head back to his apartment.

"Hey Luce!" Natsu was waiting in the hallway for her when her class got over, "Where do you want to go?"

"Hi Natsu, how did you get here so fast?" Lucy answered.

"Oh my class ended early so I thought that I would meet ya here!" He smiled a toothy grin at her.

"Oh okay" she said smiling back, "I don't really have a preference where we go, I know Levy is working in the library now and Erza and Mira probably went home because they only had one class today..."

"Yeah Gray just got out of his last class for the day too. Apparently some girl asked him out after his class! Isn't that hilarious?" Natsu said holding his stomach trying to repress his giggles.

"Wow on the first day?" Lucy asked shocked, "But why are you laughing about him being asked out by a girl? You don't think women can ask men out on a date?" Lucy had a weird expression on her face, daring Natsu to answer her question.

"Nah it's not like that," Natsu answered, "Gray is just so closed off and doesn't really care about anything. I'm surprised he said yes if I'm being completely honest. I thought Juvia would have been the one to ask him since she's practically in love with him already. I hear her mumbling about it all the time."

"Yeah... wait Juvia wasn't the girl to ask Gray out? Who was?"

"Some chick named Minerva" Natsu answered re-reading Gray's vague texts of the encounter.

"Oh God..." Lucy said rolling her eyes "I've definitely heard about her. She's infamous for asking guys out just to lead them on and sleep with them. She drops them once she gets bored though. I hope he's careful. The other girls call her a succubus..."

"Well I don't think Gray would have that hard of a time with that" Natsu shrugged his shoulders, "Anyways, enough about Icy-boy. Want to get something to eat?"

"Natsu we ate an hour ago!"

"But I'm huuuuungry Lushyyyy" Natsu playfully whined.

"Fine. Lets go get some smoothies or something." Lucy and Natsu made their way to the Cafe across campus talking about their classes and occasionally bumping each other as they walked.

"Ahhh....L- Laxus..."

"Louder..." Laxus grunted deeply.

"Ahhh!!"

*Present*

Laxus shook himself out of his dayream.

Damn it Laxus! Pull yourself together! You need to stop thinking about it! He thought to himself while staring out of the window of his apartment.
