Lucius found narcissa outside sitting on the bench in the garden * Cissy * he said sitting beside her and reached for her shaking hands . *i don't understand * said Lucius gently narcissa wasn't angry with him but she wasn't sad either she was just to quiet . * i don't want to celebrate my birthday * narcissa said not looking him in the eyes knowing the next word that would come out of his mouth * why ? * he asked * everything that's going on and happened I just can't * she whispered . Then lucius remembered last year lucius was gone for 14 months and narcissa spent all those months without him which wasn't just her birthday but Draco's , Halloween, Christmas and all those days without him changed narcissa she became more worried and scared . * narcissa I know your worried * said Lucius * but let me do something I can't have you missing a big birthday I already feel bad that I forgot it * said Lucius . He knew narcissa was angry but to his surprise she lay her head on his shoulder * I made you forget it * she whispered . Lucius was stunned she didn't want a birthday at all she didn't want him to remember then he had an idea * I will be back * he said leaving narcissa with a confused look on her face . He came back he had to keep narcissa in the garden . He gave narcissa a slice of cake * bellatrix made it so I hope it's not poisonous * he said chuckling he was impressed that Bellatrix had made the cake and that it wasn't poisonous. Narcissa and him spent a lot of time in the garden until they decided to go inside * now cissy I know you didn't want to do anything for your birthday but...* he said opening the door * we made your favourite dinner for you and we can eat it as a family * he said narcissa smiled * thank you * she said * hello narcissa * said Severus carefully * hello * said narcissa * I would say happy birthday but bella said that she has worked so hard in making this she doesn't want it going to waste if so she is holding me personally responsible * said Severus rolling his eyes . So narcissa , Lucius , Draco , bellatrix and Severus sat down to enjoy their dinner .
