The Truth

Where is Akira? This plauges everyone's thoughts as they scrambles to the cafe.

On arrival they found out the terrible news of his enprisionment, never fully escaping the chains laid upon him. All his hard work. It truly was a cruel and unfair reality, yet he fought so hard for it.

"If he's like that then what happened to Akechi and Morgana?" Ryuji asked.

"What do you mean I'm right here," Morgan meowed at the leaping up beside Ryuji.

"Gwah," Ryuji jumped as he looks at Morgana.

"Guess it really was just the cognition of myself that disappeared."

Everyone sighs in relief, but there was still one more person missing.

"Then what about Akechi," Ann mulls.

Although she never approved of him he was a big help in the fight against Maruki. She just wants to know if he was alive.

"You guys...of course you wouldn't know. Akechi... Akechi died." Morgana said sullenly after remembering Akira's painful face. His chest starts constricting.

"What do you mean?" Ruyji asks and everyone else waits in anticipation for what Morgana would say.

"He was fabricated like wakaba and okumura. Except before new years. In way he was Akira's wish..."

"what? akiras wish yoU mean to tell me-" Mokkto asked in disbelief.

"After securing a route to Shidos palace and Akechi sacrificed himself  guess Maruki was present and felt the tragedy between Akechi's fate and Akira's earnest friendship. After the events Akira didn't sleep much and seemed to be zoning out a lot. After what Akira pulled Akira never stopped believing in Akech and was already friends/rivals well before his betrayl. In a way I think he always knew the truth about Akechi."

"I never even noticed," Makoto glumly mutters.

"I cant much bring myself to care since he murdered my father," Haru boldly says," the only reason why I would feel this way is because I know how hard it must be for Akira to loose someone he cared so desperatley for."

"Well thats not all. The day before our fight Dr. Maruki came and Akechi showed up during the revlation and talked to Akira about whether to accept Marukis offer and keep Akechi alive or go against him at the cost if his life."

"Thats such bullshit. Are you saying he threatened us with Akechi?"

"Akira was hesitant after all, but Akechi was adamint about not being a puppet and told him to get over it and continue onward. He expressed it was his sincere wishes to get this reality back."

"I see," Sumire said placing her hands in her lap as she thought hard about Akira. He made such a painful choice. He wants to stand by Akechi just like I wanted to stand by my sister.

"Well anyways we should help him out of that goddamn prision. Its only right after all he's done for us," Ryuji declares.

"I agree," Makoto smiles.
