Ariyah's pov
I managed to open my eyes after so many trials, but shut it back against the bright lights.
I tried lifting my hands instead and luckily I managed to get the blood in my hands flowing again as I tried yanking the tube connected to my arm, it came off without any trials, and I let it drop to the floor, next I went for the tubes in my nose and my head, after yanking all of them forcefully from my body, I tried opening my eyes again. This time I opened them in my first trial and luckily the blinding light didn't affect me as much as the last time.
I took in my surroundings, the room was huge, it was painted blue, there was a huge dresser by a corner of the room. A huge window that showed a really relaxing view. Where am I?, that's when memorize of what happened came rushing.
How I ran away, my mama being caught, staying in the cold woods all alone,sound of paws,the intoxicating scent, the sexgods, the warm lemon green eyes i couldn't stop starring at, the sound of a gunshot, when I felt blood drip from my uper back, warm arm being wrapped around me and the darkness taking over me.
I held onto my head as the memories came rushing back leaving me with a severe headache.
"AARRGGHH" I shouted with my very dried throat as I felt the headache get worse.
Soon enough i heard the door open and i felt a presence that brought comfort next to me. Looking up I was met with the lemon green eyes that made me feel warm on the inside as the cinnamon scent from before surrounded me.
"Hey baby, how are you feeling" he said so softly with such a voice that brought chills running down my spine in such a pleasurable way that made i and my wolf go haywire. I couldn't just bring myself to answer, so I just kept on steering at him in awe.
"Octavia, she's awake." He called upon someone.
"What's your name baby" he asked, giving me a small smile.
"A-ar-ariyah" I said stuttering as I felt my senses finally return.
"Ariyah, that's a really cute name" he said as his smile grew a bit wider.
I looked away trying to hide my cheeks as they heated up.
"Ariyah, the doctor is going to come in now okay, I need you to be calm, shes just going to check on you Okay" he said softly.
I nodded my head which made the smile on his lips grow wider which brought my wolf purring out in content.
What's wrong with her.
A woman probably in her late forties made her way into the room with a small smile on her face.
"She won't hurt you Okay" the sexgod said.
I nodded my head as I shifted my gaze back to the lady that entered.
She examined me for what seemed like hours, when she was finally done, she replaced all her materials as she gave me instructions to help me get healthy.
"Three meals per day, take your medications after every meal and drink a lot of water, I'll be coming every week to cheque on you." She said giving me a small smile before exiting the room.
"I bet you have a lot of questions" he said shifting his gaze my way.
I nodded my head in agreement.
"I'm all ears" he said placing his both elbows on the bed I was on and placed his hands on his cheeks.
"Who are you, where am I" i managed to say with my really dried throat.
"Do you need water?"he asked ignoring my questions.
I nodded my head feeling a bit embarrassed at the fact that he noticed my dried throat.
"Someone's getting water,Okay" he said causing me to give him a small nod in reply.
Soon enough a lady made her way into the room. She had a glass of water in her hand as she approached us looking downwards throughout. It got me a bit confused.
"Here's the water you asked for Alpha " She said.
Alpha?!!?,
"Thank you kyra" the sexgod said as kyra bowed her head and exited the room.
Wait, WHAT???.
I shifted my gaze back to the sexgod as i felt the fear begin crawling up my spin. He gave me a confused look upon noticing my terrified face.
"What's wrong baby" he said worry evident in his voice.
"Y-you-you're an alpha" I said with fear.
"Yh baby, is there something wrong" he said shifting a bit closer to me. I shifted back as fast as I could trying to get far away as possible from this alpha.
"W-wh-what's wrong baby, did i do something wrong" He said sounding really hurt, but I just couldn't bring myself to trust him again, especially since he's an alpha, even though I'm having weird connections with him, even though something within me is telling me to trust him.
He raised his hand trying to touch me but luckily I quickly shifted far away once again in order to not have any contacts with him.
My former alpha was also really nice to me in the beginning, but he changed after sometimes, and now I'm expected to trust a stranger.
"B-b-baby, I won't hurt you, I promise, please trust me" he said hurt written on his words once again as my wolf whimpered hearing him sound so hurt. I couldn't bring myself to trust those words, I just couldn't.
I shifted back once more to the extent that I was at the edge of the massive bed, trying to avoid his gaze.
"I-i " he began but didn't complete his statement. I shifted my gaze back to where he was to see that part empty, my gaze automatically shifted to the door to see him make his way out of the room.
I felt my wolf snap st me for making him this way, she was trying to tell me to run to him and take all his pains away. She was telling me he wasn't going to hurt me.
Which was confusing me a lot, she always seemed to hate our former alpha, so why is she beginning to care for this one.
I managed to escape from one alpha and here I am with another that can make my life even more miserable.
I just couldn't bring myself to trust anyone again.
