Ariyah's pov
I jolted up from my bed right into someone's arms as the sound of thunder grew louder.
I felt sparks throughout my body as warm hands rapped my waist. I sat my pelvis on a lap that slowly calmed my fear. I felt a kiss placed on my neck and my whole body trembled. I slowly rapped my hands around the person's neck,
"Shhhhh, it's okay" the voice echoed through out the room causing butterflies to appear in the lower part of my belly.
The sound of thunder grew louder causing me to grip the shoulders of whoever was holding me really tight. The person's hand pulled me closer and placed a kiss on my cliff, every single part of my wolf told me to sit calm on whatever it was, so I did.
Taking in the person scent the person scent, I calm down immediately, more than expected. He kept on placing warm kisses on my neck and I couldn't do but moan.
I felt sharp thing brush my neck like the person really wanted to place something there but was hesitating, " Damn," the voice battered.
"It's just about to rain okay" the voice whispered causing me to nod, despit me knowing the person can't see me with the darkness in the room.
We stayed like this for a couple of minutes, me trying to get over the loud noise of thunder, and the person reassuring me everything is okay.
Realisation hit me as I instantly knew who this "person" was.
"A-alpha Alden" I said as the person stiffened a bit.
"Don't call me that" he said causing me release myself from his soothing and welcoming grip.
He stood up with a sigh and began exiting the room.
"Don't use alpha with my name" he whispered over his shoulder before exiting the room.
I thought he went out of the room yesterday night, how did he comeback without me knowing.

Just the thought brought butterflies exploding in my stomach.
