Alden's pov
Making my way into her room with a very quiet kyra trailing right behind me I asked her the question I asked just seconds ago again.
"Why don't you want to eat?"
Shaking her head a little she shifted her gaze to the little table next to her bed.
I felt my wolf whimper at the fact that she doesn't want to keep eye contact with us.
"Drop the tray there kyra" I said with as a small sight escaped my lips.
"Would you like anything else alpha" kyra said after placing the tray on the table.
I couldn't help but notice how ariyah tensed up when she heard alpha.
"No thank you, I'll let you know if I need anything"
"Okay alpha" she said as she made her way out of the room.
"Back to my question," I said shifting my gaze to her " Why don't you want to eat"
"I-i just didn't want to eat" she murmered.
"Well too bad, cause I have food right here, and i clearly recall when doc said you should eat all your daily meals and take your pills, so you have to eat all of it" I said as I took the plate of porridge out of the tray.
Her eyes widen a bit as she said" I-i can't eat all that"
"Yes, you can bab-ariyah" the word 'babe' really can't wait to leave my mouth.
"No I can't"
"Yes you can"
"No"
"Yes"
"Nope"
"Fine, you must not finish it, you just have to eat enough, okay?" Although my tone came out convincing, she didn't buy it. Sighing, I ran my hands through my hair.
"Okay, I would eat with you?" Came out more like a question. Surprisingly it worked.
Nodding her head slowly, she stretched her hand wanting to collect the plate, but before she could get to the plate I shifted it a bit.
"What are you doing?" She asked arching an eyebrow. Her voice melted every single pain flowing through mine and my wolf's veins.
"I-i want to feed you." I inwardly scolded myself for stammering.
She gulped loudly before dropping her hands back on her laps.
Taking a spoon of porridge I gently brought it to her lips. My eyes couldn't seem to leave her lips as I let out a huge sigh.
Slowly she began to part her lips until finally it was wide enough for me to put the spoon through.
gently putting the spoon through her lips, she let a quick moan as I pulled the spoon back out.
"You like it?" I asked excitement laced in my voice
Well isn't that obvious.
She let out a breathtaking smile as she nodded her head quickly making both my wolf and I purr in content.
Quickly snapping out of my daze I quickly took a spoon showing her I meant what I said, besides I was hungry.
It went on like this for a sometime, me feeding her a spoon then taking one after.
At least she wasn't as distant from me the first time she learnt I was an alpha. I desperately wanted to ask her who did all this to her and who's responsible for making her afraid of my touch, also wanting to ask her about all those ice in the woods surrounding her.
