You choose to eat slowly. Your fellow tribute continues to gorge themselves and then end up having to go lay down because the food was too rich for their stomach. Consequently they miss seeing the capitol and all the smiling people. You smile at them and wave out the window. The capitol is amazing and you enjoy the luxury of it for the first few hours.
