After school was over I grabbed my skateboard and started walking out of school till someone grabbed my waist and turned me around so i could face them

"yes?"
I asked

"I'll drive you home"
Mattia said

"I'm good. I can skate"
I said

"come on. It's not that hard to say yes"
He said

"and it's not that hard to shut up"
I said smiling and he chuckled

"please"
He said

"fine, hold this"
I said handing him my board

Mattia chuckled and bit his cheek when y/n handed him her skateboard. He walked her to his car unlocked it put her skateboard in the back seat and they both got in the car and Mattia started driving to y/n's house

I can't believe Mattia's actually going to do this. I didn't think he would actually go with the deal. And Derek actually paying Mattia! He is so desperate. Robert and I got out of class and we seen Mattia taking y/n I'm his car. We seen Aliz with her friends and I yelled out for her and she turned back and waved at us. It was almost like a slow motion. Her hair slowly moving out her face and a smile forming on her face. Robert and I walked to her

"hey"
She said

"hi"
Robert said

"hey. so see you at the party tonight?"
I asked

"if my uncle lets me.but we'll see"
She said

"oh ok"
I said

Her friends yelled out for her she turned back. They were signaling for her to go with them

"I'll see you guys later"
She said walking off with her books in her hands

"I cant believe this may actually work"
Robert say

"don't jinx it"
I said

Robert and I walked to my house

Mattia started driving me to my house. He played his music while I looked out the window thinking. Thinking why all of a sudden does he want to talk to me? No one ever wants to talk me. Besides people who or annoyed of me but besides the point. So I turned off his music

"what was that for?"
He said

"why were you trying so hard to take me to this stupid dance?"
I asked

"because I wanted to take you"
He said

"why.i thought Mattia Polibio doesn't listen to no body. And doesn't talk to anyone besides your little group of friends. Do you not understand why people are so scared of you?"
I said

"so your scared of me?"
He looked at smirking and looked back at the road

"not even a little bit. seems like your turning soft"

"and why's that?"
He asked

"because you've been doing everything I've told you too. You've carried my books. My board"

"that's not turning soft. That's being nice"

"And why are you being nice"

"why can't you just let someone be nice to you"
