I woke up the next morning with an unusual smell in the room. Everything smelled like clean linen—the smell of fresh, dried laundries. I was still half asleep as my mind traveled back in time to last night.

That's when I realized that this wasn't my room.

I shot up from the bed, paranoid on where the hell I was at. I looked around the spacious room and realized that this was one of the guest suites in Jumin's house.

'How could I forget... I accidentally fell asleep on his bed and ended up having to stay at his place...'

I felt my cheeks burning again but they instantly vanished when I heard a knock on the door.

"Good morning, Miss Park. Mr. Han wanted me to tell you that he's in the kitchen waiting for you to eat breakfast with him. I'll be right outside to take you there when you get changed."

'Eat breakfast with him?! I got treated dinner last night and now I get treated again???'

"U-Uh, thank you! I'll be right out in a second!" I scrambled out of bed and hectically threw on my clothes I left sprawling on the floor. I walked into the bathroom (within the room) to wash my face and comb my hair. After I was finished with my morning wash, I followed one of Jumin's guards downstairs to his vast kitchen.

He was sitting at the table, reading something off his phone. There was a stack of pancakes waiting in front of him and the seat in front of him which I assumed where I would be sitting.

"Mr. Han, I brought Miss Park as you requested me too."

Jumin looked up from his phone and instantly smiled at me as soon as he saw me. "Good morning, Jihye. Did you sleep well last night?"

"Yes, I did. Thank you again."

"Come have a seat in front of me. I hope you like chocolate pancakes for breakfast. I thought chocolate would be perfect since you love it so much. If not, the chef can fix you something else." he gestured towards the table and flashed a look at the guard as a cue for him to leave the kitchen.

"Thank you for thinking about me. There's no need for the chef to do extra work."

Jumin frowned at that statement. "Well, I don't mind as long as you enjoy yourself to some nice breakfast. How are you enjoying here so far?"

"It's wonderful here. Everything is amazing and luxurious. It must be nice living in such a lavish lifestyle like this..." my voice trailed off but I cleared my throat. "Although, I still feel bad. I didn't mean to sleep on your bed and because of me, I made you go through all these tedious tasks... You're even busy with work as well."

"They're not tedious," Jumin spoke a little louder than usual. "in fact, it's nice to have a guest here once in a while. I hate to admit it, but it gets a little lonely in here at times." Jumin smiled softly again. "You mustn't feel like you owe me anything. You cherishing and protecting Elizabeth the 3rd means everything to me. I should be the one owing you."
