With Jumin still mentally unstable, he decided to call off work today to stay home with you. However, you told him you wanted some alone time with the piano in his music hall so he respectfully agreed, allowing you to have a moment of peace with the instrument.

You were afraid that the piano rejected you during your performance. No matter how loudly and how forcefully you pressed down its keys, its harmonious sound didn't reach you. Only a jumble of dissonate notes clashed against each other, drilling them in your ears and throat.

As the tips of your fingers reached for the keys, a vaguely familiar voice approached you passive-aggressively.

"To think out of all these luxurious rooms, you choose to stay in this room." Sarah stood not too far from you with a smirk on her face. "Why am I not surprised? You're always with that stupid instrument, after all. What a freak."

You glared at her. "Why are you here?"

"I should be asking you the same thing. Why are you here in my fiance's house in the middle of the day? I guess all those articles were true after all."

"So you were the one who made it up..." you sighed, glancing back at the piano.

"Don't lie to me. You don't love Jumin. How can someone possibly fall for an inconsiderate human being like him? Well, I guess only you since freaks attract other freaks." she giggled, feeling victorious insulting you.

Your stomach flipped inside out, making your cheeks flush. "You don't know a single thing about him so how could you say something like that? You're only attracted to his looks and wealth, that's all."

"Don't be so cocky, Miss Gold-Digger." Sarah hissed. "T-That dress you wore at the concert... Jumin gifted you that, huh? He's feeding you with a silver spoon and spoiling you! He should be doing that to me since I'm his future wife!"

You blankly sat on the piano stool, reading the music score in front of you. You didn't have any interest in speaking with Sarah—it felt like a waste of energy and time. Ignoring her taunts, you began to play the music score in front of you.

"You son of a—don't ignore me!!! All you do is stay here all day playing this stupid piano! There's nothing you love about Jumin! He's my fiance!" all of a sudden, she stormed her way to the piano to snatch the score off the stand.

"Wait—" you tried to grab the score but it was already too late. She tore the music sheet into shreds as she shrieked in fury. You watched this human paper shredder burn herself into the abyss of outrage. The original music score scattered to your feet into a pile of dust.

But Sarah wasn't done.

Her hands reached for the piano but you instantly grabbed her wrist, trying to protect the instrument from the fire. Her eyes incinerated with anger as she dug her perfectly coated plastic claws into your skin. You bit your lip in pain.
