No matter how much pain you were, the sun rose cruelly the next morning. Your eyes were slightly wet from crying yourself to sleep even after the conversation with Jumin. Even though his message was sincere, you still couldn't shake those comments from last night. It was time that you needed a breather.

You quickly hopped out of bed to change into a running outfit. Running wasn't your thing but you wanted some fresh air at the moment to clear all the jumbled thoughts permeating in your mind.

"Good morning~" you approached one of the maids in the halls. "I'm going for a quick run around the building! Can you tell Jumin that?"

"Y-Yes, Miss Park, but you should wait for Mr. Han's approval before—"

You patted her on the shoulder with a reassuring smile. "It's ok, he'll understand! Plus, I'll be back within an hour. I won't be so far away from the penthouse."

With that, you took off from his penthouse to do a little jogging around town. The security guards tried to stop you, but you told them you weren't going that far.

"Mr. Han," one of the security guards talked through the intercom. Jumin just got out of his morning shower.

"What is it?"

"Miss Park has just gone outside for a walk."

"She what?" Jumin was not happy about you leaving. "Bring her back home this instant."

"Yes sir."

Your sun-kissed skin glowed happily under the warm light. Nature wrapped around your body, welcoming your return. Your sneakers tapped away against the concrete as cool wind weaved through each strand of your hair.

Breathing in... Breathing out...

You wished you had your camera with you to take beautiful pictures of the organic nature you were encompassed with. Birds were chattering and chirping away, singing their morning songs. Flower petals swayed and danced in the wind in groups of two as if they were doing a duet. Besides your piano, this was your escape.

"Oh, my! Isn't that Park Jihye?" a voice captured your attention from the distance.

'Oh no.'

You turned to detect two women sitting at a bench in a vacant park. To your surprise, they were both smiling warmly at you. They beckoned you over as you hesitantly obeyed. The two ladies were mothers—they were both holding their own baby inside their arms. Judging by the two, it seemed like they were close friends.

"I'm so honored to meet you in person! I didn't think you lived around here!" one woman said.

"Uh," your eyes quickly parted ways with her eyes. "I don't live around here, I'm just jogging." you nervously smiled, hoping they wouldn't ask any questions whether you're staying over at Jumin's place.

"Either way, I'm so happy to see you in person! My daughter and I are your biggest fans and you're a positive role model for both of us!" the other mother smiled.

"T-Thank you, but I don't know if I'm a positive role model for you, especially with the news going on..." your voice quivered, feeling your emotions surge inside.

"Nonsense. The news is nothing but a fake. My daughter doesn't believe a single ounce about the news between you, Han Jumin, and Sarah. I'm sure someone made it up to start some drama."

"It might be hopeless now, but I assure you you'll see the light at the end of this tunnel. You're incredibly young and talented so don't let those mean comments bring you down, ok?"

"T-Thank you..." you choked up in your own words as tears slowly began running down your cheeks. The two moms were shocked at the sight of you crying as they exchanged sorrowful looks.
