Alex POV

Fast forward to the second task

The past week I've spent researching on how to kill the old coot but our chances are looking so slim but we may of found one thing we just need to find the demon emperor think is I have no idea how to find them so were still at square one right now

Hey amor what do you think do you have any suggestions
I say as I make my way to the black lake
Hmm I mean the emperor that's a big shot hardly anyone sees him he only appears to examine rare case in the demon species or if a demon has gone rogue and had lost way but even if hes close I hear hes always under glamour so no one knows what he really looks like

So hes basically impossible to find great

He does have a strange send its different from other demons it should have a stinging feel to it he can mask it to an extent I wouldn't be surprised if he was here you and draco case is a pretty rare occasion and the dumb bitch Dumble I'd a lunatic

So basically I have to sniff him out I have a feeling that's gonna be harder that it sound

I finished my conversation off just as I reached the lake I was more than ready for this I just need to follow the connection i was brought out of my thought abruptly as victor krum shoved into me with such force i almost fell into the lake not long after cedric and fleur(I cant spell her name) strutted strutted my eyes seemed to lock on to Cedric I didnt know what it was but it wasnt pleasant.

I got into my position still keeping an eye on cedric and Krum

"Welcome to the second task where the champions much go into the black lake to retrieve something precious to them"

I felt my teeth and claws emerging hearing that old man talk he will get what's coming I pushed back my claws to start my underwater transformation my fins started to emerge my eye faded into a yellow colour activating my night vision and my webs claws ripped through, I could feel the stares that seemed to peirce through me but I didnt care dumblefuck seemed mortified.

I turned slowly to face the old man and smiled at him with grim intent, I turn back to the audience to wave at my family they all started cheering loudly I go to face the lake waiting for the cannon to go right now I need to trace where draco is

BOOM!

It was time, I dove through and headed straight to the seaweed feild slicing through with my claw swerving left and right constantly avoiding the creature lurking away soon I made it I could see people I'm close I kept swimming and stopped as I saw Krum near draco he was closing in faster and faster I pushed thought claws and teeth bared cutting the rope tying draco to the ground and headed up to the surface.

How in the hell did he even get there before me I was going maximum  speed they would have been able to keep up

I break through the surface and I heard Dray gasp for air I got I'm on to the dock everyone was ready with towels upon towels.

I smile at him thank god hes okay

"Its okay dray your with me now"

"I love you" he said jumping into my arms I laugh freely

"Okay love sit down i need to check our baby"

He nodded and let me do what I had to do I placed my had on his stomach and focused my magic on that area everyone was back up from the lake as I was still examining draco

"Everything seems okay no big damaged but I did transfer my magic to you everything should heal effectively so nothing to worry about now your back how bout we reschedule that date that never happened "
He seemed to grin so wide I felt his mouth would be stuck like that if he smiled any more

I was lost in his eyes but then a scent hit me like a bus it stunk like hell my wings and claws spring out I turned to see draco was experiencing the same thing, was here

"I've smelt something similar before during the year hes clearly been here for a while why is he now making himself known" i tell draco through our connection

Who are talking about ?

" someone who can defeat Dumbledore the Demon Emperor oh god that scents strong and its mixing with something different it almost like fire I dont know where they are coming from ...........
